Its the worst place that i have stayed ever: 1) no lifts to go to rooms 2) twisted and varying height stairs maked its very difficult to lug the luggage 3) maze like way to rooms 4) carpet stinky 5) flimsy and broken door locks for main door and bathroom 6) inadequate / non functional light in bathroom 7) no cold water in taps to drink dont even think fo going with infants/ small children, people with physical disability or elderly the only good was the location and breakfast offered

Short distance to beach, town and attractions. Lovely building not in best condition but totally understandable and still good . Helpful and very kind staff. Beautiful view .

Hospitality gold An amazing experience and place lovely staff that went above and beyond expectations. Although all conditions in the hotel weren't spot on ie fixtures and fittings (due to age of the building) the wonderful personality of the friends and family that run this establishment leaves you feeling better than you when you arrived. The bathrooms are refurbished to a high standard and location handy to beach, train and local shops. The bar a fun and jovial place for customers, residents and any walk-ins equipped with a dart board, patio, pool table and a quite side to relax and chat or play a selection of games. Being a seasoned traveller was pleasantly pleased with my stay. Thank you to Kelly, Charlotte, Laura, Kai for stepping up in the kitchen and all the other congenial and lovely members of staff for making my stay a happy and memorable experience.

Great stay Check in was very fast. Showed us to our room. Explained that they would not come in to the room during our stay, unless we asked for bed change etc. Which was fine with us. The ensuite was a bit snug, but overall great value for the price. Good cooked breakfast every day.
