Arrived 12april with dalish coach holidays check in quick and cases took to our room room nice and clean walk in shower in bathroom beds comfy food was very good and hot plenty of choose waiting on staff very friendly nothing to much trouble for them bar staff good bingo and quiz before artist after really enjoyed day trips value for money we are looking forward to coming back thank you for a lovely stay

Just hot home From 5 day break at bornmouth Sands hotel lovly hotel good choice food in good location staff friendly good entertainment at night bedroom little worn but bathroom was refurbished had lovly time the coach taking us home was in a hurry but we got home safe

Nice and clean loots of charm lovely garden The staff go out of their way to make your Stay a good one shout out to our waiter mat How was also very nice and funny Also Phil in the bar always makes a great effort with his quiz There is also bingo and live entertainment Dave Lee was brilliant

Just returned from a 5 day holiday with Buckleys. Was wary to begin with after reading some reviews but I’m pleased I still booked as we had an excellent holiday. The hotel s clean, spacious and staff very pleasant. I’d like to particularly mention our waiter for the time we were there. Ryan was so entertaining and nothing was too much trouble for him. Also I need to mention Phil in the bar. He made everyone feel at home and certainly knew how to entertain. He made our evenings pleasurable. Thank you

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and always look forward to returning again. All the staff are like very good friends, each of them from the coach drivers to the office staff cannot do enough for you. Ryan in particular, our waiter in the dining room is exemplary and treats everyone like they are special. The food is good for the very competitive cost of the stay and the rooms are always spotlessly clean and comfortable. You cannot do better than Daish's hotel.

First time with daishis but not the last very impressed with the hotel greeted before we even got off the coach and well informed throughout our stay Our room was spacious and spotless with comfy beds.The food gave everyone a good choice and was hot and fresh .The service in the restaurant was efficient and very friendly.A most enjoyable break and will definitely recommend and book many more breaks to enjoy as much as this hotel.

Had a lovely 4 night stay at Daishs shanklin. The hotel is dated but you get what you pay for and we had no complaints We upgraded to a superior room. Not sure what you get extra for a superior but was clean and had everything we needed. Room was cleaned every day. Public areas were also very clean and tidy. Food was very tasty, especially breakfast. Evening entertainment consisted of a cryptic quiz, bingo and an entertainer. Thoroughly enjoyed this, although feet ached with all the dancing. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were always friendly and welcoming. I would normally give a shout out to members of staff who have gone the extra mile. But as they don’t wear name badges so can’t do on this occasion. Will definitely return

Nice hotel located close to bus stops and short walk to shanklin staff friendly we had a nice big bedroom on ground floor houekeeping was excellent nothing to much for them food was nice and hot and quickly served entertainment was fair will be visiting again

Bus tour via Strathmore Travel from Scotland with my sister. Danish hotel staff were mostly very nice at reception and bar but the guy who opened restaurant at breakfast and evening was very disrespectful. We had to wait outside restaurant until he opened the door it was likened to being back at school by his manner and language used. The rooms were filthy and had to be re cleaned by domestic supervisor see pictures of quality of rooms.
