This is such ana amazing find. Well presented, amazing host, wonderful room and scrumptious breakfast choice...VHris made her own lemon drizzle cake for us on arrival, homemade bread at breakfast as well as homemade banana bread...so much choice of food for breakfast, and chris had the best places for us to visit on our stay....as for the bed....wow, so comfortable, amd the sea view topped it off..thank you for an amazing g 3 days !

Lovely hosts and clean rooms. Really good breakfast as well. Highly recommend. We stayed as a family of 6, there are three rooms and all had their own shower/bathroom. Was very quiet at night. Very close to the local railway station. 2min walk.

The experience at number 29 had been amazing! The rooms are clean and homely, when we arrived there was a slice of homemade cake for us. The breakfast was excellent, such a wide selection of food choices. Both Chris and Luke are so welcoming and make the place have a real family feel. Would not hesitate to come back again.

The owner is so lovely. She always makes us feel so welcome and she is always so accommodating. The B&B as a whole and its rooms are always so clean and well maintained. You’ll have everything you need in the room. Beds are lovely and comfortable and had a great fan in the room during the summertime. The breakfast is always amazing with so many options for meat and vegetarians! Thank you for always having us whenever we come across to the Isle!

2nd time back here and once again, exceptional. Chris and luke make us feel very welcome. Luke is the chef and he does excellent breakfasts. Chris can't do enough to make your stay lovely. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Everything you need on the tea tray and biscuits every day. Yummy. Will go back again!!

This place is a lovely ,quiet home from home . Tucked away only a few minutes walk from Shanklins front and beach . Chris was a fabulous hostess,helping us out with bus timetables,restaurants and places to go . A really good sized bedroom ,modern en suite and the little extras ,fresh ground coffee,fridge for milk,water and the odd bottle of wine . Excellent quality fresh bed linen too !! Breakfasts were delicious!! And Chris makes her own bread too !!! Already planning to go back next spring !! And we’ve only been home an hour

Wow, this must be the jewel of the Isle of Wight. Such an amazing place to stay and the hostesses Chris and her son Luke are just amazing. The rooms were spotless and so comfortable. Breakfast is cooked to order and Chris’s handmade bread is fantastic. A fantastic location within walking distance. The only problem you will have is deciding when you can go back. Can highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Christine is a lovely host, friendly and helpful. The room and en-suite was nicely furnished, very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities with a small fridge and on arrival 2 pieces of homemade cake, a lovely touch. The breakfast choice was extensive and all beautifully cooked and presented. The homemade bread was a bonus ! Well situated for short walk to beach or town. Highly recommend. Thank you Ian and Shelagh
