We had a really pleasant stay! The guesthouse is easy to find and offers a soothing ambience especially at night, with a view of the majestic prayer wheel. Boss was easygoing and very accommodating he even offered us fruits and luggage storage! Highly recommended it is worth the price 😊

Very nice place. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Very good beds and bedsheets. The place has an amazing flair.

Nice host. The wife gave us a welcome fruit “pear”, so luckily. The husband drove us to Napahai with suitable price. Good location with fantastic view from the balcony to Dukezong ancient town.

The room was perfect. Even was cold outside and rooms are without AC, rooms are too warm because of the electrical blanket and radiator. Location very good, also you can find a lot of foreigner food surrendered.They owner speak very good English and can help you with any doubt.

The location was perfect and the owner/manager was really helpful and has a large knowledge of the area and old Town. She can also provide guidance on best restaurants to try. She can provide all that assistance in English. It really helped and made our stay better.

Very nice ******* style hotel. It really has a ******* mood and atmosphere. The location is incorrect so it’s a little hard to find but the woman running the hotel can speak English and is very helpful and welcoming so feel free to call if you need help finding the place. Definitely would stay here again.

I had an amazing time in the hostel, very well located in the center of the Old Town, with a nice view on the terrace. The owner is very welcoming and speaks English. She gave me precious advices for my trip and made me feel like home during the stay. I strongly recommend!

Great location. I thought the hotel was really cute and in keeping with the vibe of Shangri La. In order to improve it would be good if the check in desk was manned all the time to provide a good welcome. Other than that - loved it!

Great stay and service! Simple guesthouse but has everything you need and the beds were comfortable! The staff helped us book bus tickets online which saved us from a trip to the station! Highly recommend!

We contacted the innkeeper at the north gate of Shangri-La Ancient City. He drove a tricycle to pick us up in less than five minutes. It was my first time to ride in such a convertible sports car. It felt really cool. The small balcony on the second floor of the inn was very nice. The owner prepared a lot of snacks. He also made me Starbucks coffee for the room fee of more than 100 yuan. I was really touched. There was also a leisure room downstairs with a big fat cat Guoba who slept all day long. You can roast fire, pet the cat, chat, and drink butter tea at night. The holiday time was not enough. Shangri-La could only arrange one day, otherwise I really wanted to stay here for a few more days.

The location of the inn is super good! There is also a chubby kitten. You can see the prayer wheel on the second floor. Nearby is the Pugu Cang and various vintage stores that are super fun to visit. There are fruits at the front desk. The guy will also help with luggage. The aromatherapy in the room is also very nice. I am super satisfied! I will stay here next time! However, there are a few tips that I hope the guests staying here will remember to accept~ 1. Shangri-La is a bit cold in winter. There is no air conditioning in the room but there is a radiator. When you just check in, remember to turn on the radiator and electric blanket immediately, and then seal the doors and windows (once there is a leak, it will be very cold, remember!), go out for a while and come back to the room. Remember to cover the blanket provided by the inn! 2. The water heater in the room is turned off when you check in. Remember to turn it on in advance, otherwise you will have to wait for a long time for the water heater after you come back😢 3. The inn includes pick-up and drop-off at the gate of the ancient city. Remember to make an appointment in advance!

The boss is very nice and often invites guests for dinner. The room is also very clean, especially the bed quilt is very warm. There is also a fat cat to pet! You can also see the prayer wheel on the second floor terrace. It is very convenient to eat and drink nearby. Especially many popular online stores you want to go to are nearby

Generally speaking, it's OK. The hotel is not big and there are not many rooms, so there are usually few people. But in fact, it can be said that it is small but complete. It's good at this price.
