Before arriving at Shangri-La, the hotel called us to inquire about the arrival method, time, etc. They also added a WeChat service group to facilitate my contact. The unexpected surprise was that they came to pick us up in a car and took us to the hotel. This solved the travel problem for first timers. . The breakfast during our stay was very rich, with special butter tea and highland barley cakes. They even provide a drop-off on the day of departure, which is also free! 😀😀😀
There are a lot of services, and they serve you with a smile throughout the process. No matter how small it is, they are patiently solved. I feel like I am back at home, super friendly.

This place is awesome! My children enjoyed their stay here. It has an amazing unblocked view of the mountain. We could spend hours looking at the scenery. The service is also great. The staff are friendly and are always looking out for us. They provided complimentary photoshoot, tea break and in-house laundry. They also served us warm desserts and milk at night. The room is small but cozy. My children love hanging out with the animals at the hotel’s farm. The animals are very cute and playful. Occasionally, the animals will appear at our balcony and front door. Would definitely recommend this place!

I like the environment here, the service here, and the hot pot here. There is an oxygen concentrator in the room, which is a bit high, so it feels much better for one night. There is also a nice coffee shop next door. It’s worth it!

I really loved staying at this place as it was right in the middle of the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a pity we arrived late, as we missed the animal feeding experience. Our family room was extremely spacious and comfy, and we were welcomed with cakes and hot coffee. There were also 3 huge friendly dogs of ******* breed within the manor!
