On a day trip to Fengjing Ancient Town, I saw this newly opened B&B on Ctrip. It felt very clean and refreshing. The B&B is located to the east of the ancient town, across a river from the ancient town, and the environment is very good. I originally wanted to go to the ancient town, but when I arrived at the B&B, I didn’t want to go out. When I first arrived, I felt that the road was quite small and inconvenient. After entering from the front desk, it was a completely different world. The yard is large, with views of the river on three sides, and a big tree. It's so pleasant to sit under the big tree in the afternoon, enjoy the wind by the river, and drink some tea. Coffee was prepared for us when we checked in. The aroma of freshly ground coffee is fragrant. The lady at the store was very enthusiastic and recommended local rice dumplings and siomai to us. The B&B also has its own restaurant, but you need to make a reservation in advance. Next time you are on vacation, you should invite a few friends to play mahjong here. It’s really great to have a chess and card room!
It is inconvenient to only give one card for two people to check in. When one person went to get takeout, the room ran out of electricity. At least another electricity card was required. The attitude of the front desk was average. The restaurant environment was super good and the service was good
Facilities: The room is spacious and has a mini balcony. The wash basin is shallow, so it is easy to splash water on the ground when washing hands and face. The water in the bathroom drains slowly and easily accumulates water. The temperature and water pressure are OK when taking a shower.
Hygiene: Because it is in the countryside, the details of the walls and floors of the room are still a little worse, and it is easy to have insects, but it is generally acceptable.
Environment: The hotel has a sense of design as a whole, and it is very photogenic. It is just that the crops around it have not been planted yet, and it looks a bit bare, but the overall lighting is very good, and it is also very quiet at night, and the sound insulation is very good.
Service: The hotel's restaurant dishes are not bad, but the price is expensive, and you need to walk a distance; it is pet-friendly and requires a cleaning fee of 200; there is an underground garage, which is suitable for self-driving, and it is very convenient to fish around. Breakfast cannot be delivered to the room during busy hours, it is a set meal, and you can eat enough.
Last weekend, I stayed in the waterfront view bed room of the original house at the Shuiyifang Resort Hotel. The overall experience was great! The rooms are spacious, bright and clean, and the facilities and equipment are very new. The most pleasant surprise is the charming rural waterfront scenery outside the window. The view is superb. The hotel atrium has a lotus pond. The front desk brother service is particularly warm and thoughtful, take the initiative to help send the luggage to the room, and have been carefully asking about the needs, which makes people feel very intimate. As a guest, you can also enjoy discounts when you order coffee in the hotel cafe. This benefit is a plus. The only small regret is that the restaurant order ended a bit early, and it was a pity that I couldn't taste it. The amusement projects around the hotel are also good, very close, walking distance. In general, the environment is comfortable, the service is good, the facilities are new, especially suitable for bringing family or friends to relax and vacation, very recommended!
Take the children to Legoland, change several hotels, decided to live in this newly opened, very clean, breakfast is simple, but clean, check out
And gave me a little gift,
One of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed at! Employee #7 at the front desk was incredibly helpful. We arrived early before our room was ready, and they proactively arranged a lounge area for us and offered drinks, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. We were especially reassured to find that even the slippers provided were sanitized. All meals were included, saving us a lot of hassle, and the food was delicious and catered to a variety of tastes. The location is excellent, right by the beach, making it perfect for post-dinner strolls and wading in the water. It's an ideal spot for a vacation! Highly recommended!
The service was excellent, the environment was lovely, and the facilities were new. I really enjoyed this Chinese-style villa.
Cleanliness: Very good.

Service: Very attentive, even arranging a tea room for us after check-out.
The hotel made a good first impression. We checked in late in the evening, and it was drizzling. Even so, I could already appreciate the beautiful surroundings, as the hotel is located right by a small river. In fact, after checking out, I specifically went for another stroll along the river to enjoy the fresh air. The hotel service was also very attentive; the front desk staff proactively offered ginger tea, which was a thoughtful and warming touch. Breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, but the quality was excellent, earning praise from my family.
On the downside, there were a few issues. One of our rooms was at the end of the corridor, which was fine, but the shower controls were different from other rooms. It took me a while to figure out, and I nearly got cold trying. Moreover, the floor tiles under the sink were constantly leaking, posing a safety hazard. Furthermore, the in-room TV was unusable as it required a membership to watch, which was quite bizarre.

Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the ancient town of Fengjing, just across the road.
The yard is relatively small, and the vehicles of the in-house guests can be parked in a simple parking lot across the road.
The room layout is compact, there is a small terrace, and the service attitude is very good. The only downside is that there are no children's toiletries.
It is also very convenient to go to Legoland, 15 minutes away
GGuest UserOverall, I am very satisfied. If I go to the flower, I will definitely choose this homestay!
Because it is a drag family (two old) with a dog, so there are fewer accommodations to choose from. The first thing I fancy is that this pet-friendly, because I have a little doubt about the room type, I called the housekeeper to consult before booking. Sisi was very enthusiastic and polite. Before the trip, Miss Amy, who was on duty on the same day, pulled the group together, communicated the arrival time in time, etc. Because the homestay was rented in the park, Miss Sister also helped drive a golf cart to the park after lunch, because the elderly family can take a little less and send us to Gesanghua. Come out, very intimate~
The gate of the homestay itself is also closed on all sides. The puppy runs freely inside and does not worry about going out. There is a small yard outside the room on the first floor. It is also very pleasant to sit outside when the weather is good. There is also a hidden benefit in the homestay. You can go to the park the next morning when there is no one. Although we still had a little rain that day, the puppy was really happy. I hope to see the redder scenery next time~

GGuest UserLocation: Very convenient, opposite the gas station, very friendly for self-driving travel. There is a bus station next to it and public transportation is also convenient. If you want to go to the beach or Parrot Island, the yellow car at the door will arrive in 15 minutes. A taxi only costs 15 yuan. I heard that it is also very close to Jinshan Bailian and Jinshan Wanda business districts. Oh yes, Jinshanwei is also very close, 5 minutes drive.
Cleanliness: Very clean, nothing to fault.
Facilities: The bathroom facilities are from Kohler, and there are soft and hard pillows. Drinking water is from Nongfu Spring, and you need to insert a card to get electricity. The hotel corridor is a bit old, but the room is still very square.
Service: Very good. I originally booked a family duplex room with an elderly person for three people. When I entered the room, I felt that the stairs were too high and there was no bathroom on the second floor for sleeping. It would be inconvenient for the elderly to get up at night. I discussed with the store whether I could change to a room with two double beds. It was handled without any explanation, and no additional payment was made for the difference. Thank you very much. All service staff are very polite and will greet you warmly when they see you.
Meals: Chinese breakfast, everything you need. What I especially like are the various vegetables cooked in the morning. The winter melon is so delicious that my mother praises it repeatedly. The lettuce is also fresh and tender. The small wontons are freshly wrapped and taste average. There are fried eggs, egg pancakes, fried dough sticks, and the little crispy pork is a bit surprising. Anjing for steamed buns, steamed buns with meat and vegetables, and steamed buns with red bean paste. There is a coffee machine, but the beans are ordinary but okay.
The overall feeling is really good! Highly recommended for family vacations or business trips. The price/performance ratio is very high.

GGuest UserThe B&B is right next to an ecological park, and they share a parking lot. So, you simply park in the ecological park's lot, and then scan a code at the B&B's front desk for parking/entry validation.
We booked a double room and asked the owner to add an extra bed, which was just right for our family of four. The room was reasonably clean, though being close to an ecological park, there were inevitably quite a few flying insects. We made sure to keep the doors closed when coming and going.
The B&B offers a good range of facilities for families and kids, including a children's playground with slides and swings, a basketball court, mini foosball, badminton, and even mini curling. Our children had a blast!
As for meals, only breakfast needs to be arranged with the owner in advance. The breakfast spread was very generous, featuring eggs, steamed buns, porridge, fruit, whole grains, and even hot milk and coffee. We stayed for two days, and the menu didn't repeat once, which was fantastic.
