The staff are extremely rude and the customer service overall is very poor. Staff are not welcoming and go out of their way to try and make your stay difficult. Aside from that the rooms are very clean and spacious and the price is very reasonable. The outdoor pool is a plus in the summer, but the lack of pool loungers which have seemingly been replaced with yoga mats is very low rent. Would highly recommend if you are planning not to spend much time at the hotel, or if it is summer and you are wanting to luxuriate in an outdoor pool - otherwise don’t bother! They clearly don’t want repeat business.

It is located next to metro station. Everytime that train pass, you can hear tho noise and a tiny shake. Windows are not fully sealed and you can her the noises from outside. Room is not as luxury as lobby and gym. Breakfast is good but doesn't worth fo that money. For the next time this hotel won't be my choice again.

I had a really wonderful stay in this hotel. Booked two rooms for me and my kids for two nights. Should've stayed here longer. The view from our room overlook changfeng park is absolutely stunning! The room was very modern and spacious. The bathroom was amazing. The all around vibe is just very calming and pleasent. There's literally a Joy City Mall next to the hotel. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. Me and my kids really loved this hotel and The staff were also great.

Overall, a great stay! The value for money is excellent, and the rooms are really nice – you wouldn't guess it's a hotel that's been open for ten years. It's very close to Hongqiao Airport, and the surrounding amenities are good, making it super convenient. There's even a subway line right outside the entrance. We went to Xintiandi in the evening, and the subway ride was very convenient. There's a unique boat display at the hotel entrance, and the service was absolutely superb. This is easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at in years, both for the overall experience and value. Plus, there's a kids' play area on the fourth floor. I'm already planning to bring my child here next time!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway station, just a 3-5 minute walk away, making it very convenient for visiting popular attractions. The front desk staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, and the entire team was young and energetic. Yoyo was particularly impressive, proactively explaining the location of amenities and providing excellent service. The breakfast room had a rich variety of items! The room was very new and the decor was fresh, which the kids loved. The hotel also publishes its own lifestyle magazine, which is very cultural and stylish! I'll definitely stay here again!

Good hotel ! 30 minutes from train station ( a little bit long) English level is better than the past ! A good point Breakfast is good with lot of choices

Revisiting after two years, I found the area around the hotel has become much more developed and convenient. It's truly just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. The hotel's cleanliness and service were even better than before. This time, the gentleman at the front desk upgraded us to the 30th floor, and the views from the higher floor were superb! The breakfast spread was rich and varied! The hotel also has a swimming pool! I'll definitely be back!

The newly opened hotel did not disappoint me! From the moment I entered the door, I felt the intimate service. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful and the check-in was very fast. The rooms are spacious and bright, the decoration style is modern and simple, and the facilities are brand new and complete. The bedding is comfortable and sleeps soundly; the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, and the quality of toiletries is also good. The sound insulation effect is very good, there is no need to worry about being disturbed by noise. The hotel is conveniently located, and the surrounding dining and transportation are very convenient. It is especially worth mentioning that the breakfast is rich in variety, especially the special beef soup, which is delicious. As a newly opened hotel, it is rare to maintain such a high level. High cost performance, will choose here next time, will recommend to friends

Value for money. Near train station. When taking a taxi, it takes around 45 minutes to get to the city centre, so do bear that in mind. Has laundry room too, and you can purchase a detergent pod for 10yuan. The room was not quite soundproof and there was cigarette smells in the hallways. Thank you to the front desk staff who helped me out when I had questions and trouble with my Alipay and WeChat.

The staff was kind in general. I was assigned a room on the corner of a floor. The layout was not quite satisfactory, which was opposite to what the counter staff said. The staff was unable to retrieve my membership information, although I had stayed at the hotel several times.
