This hotel is quite good. My friend was staying here for a business trip in Shanghai, so I booked a room as well to catch up with a friend I hadn't seen in years. It seems to be a rebranded property undergoing gradual renovation. The service is impressive; it's rare to find a mid-range hotel with a doorman these days. Check-in was very efficient, and they even upgraded my room. The room itself was quite spacious. The only minor issue was that the smart toilet seat's bidet function sprayed cold water instead of warm.
The hotel's 30-meter pool is quite large. Its deep end reaches over 1.7 meters, which is the deepest I've ever encountered in a hotel pool – I'd suggest making it a bit shallower.
While the hotel breakfast was decent, it was nothing special. However, the executive lounge offered a good spread of 2 meat and 2 vegetable dishes. The lounge manager even offered cocktail-making, which was a really nice touch, and the drinks were delicious.
Finally, a big thank you to Molin at the front desk. I forgot my glasses at breakfast, and he helped me retrieve them.
This stay was a great experience. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. Although the hotel is quite old, the maintenance of the facilities is still good. The service staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was fast and efficient. Jasper and Derek is good. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. All in all, it's worth recommending.
The room was clean, though the air conditioning wasn't cooling very effectively. I contacted housekeeping, and their response was incredibly swift; they arrived promptly to check the issue and then contacted a maintenance engineer. The engineer also arrived very quickly. After measuring the room temperature, which was a bit high, they explained that due to the slow cooling, they could provide a portable air cooler for the room. I was very satisfied with their prompt and helpful resolution.
The hotel's breakfast spread was very generous. My only piece of feedback concerns a communication breakdown at the front desk during checkout. I had arranged a late checkout through Trip.com and returned my room key to the lobby front desk just before 2 PM. At 2:30 PM, the hotel called me. I was driving and, seeing their number, thought it might be something urgent about my stay, so I immediately pulled over. When I called back, they asked if I had checked out yet. I informed them I had checked out half an hour earlier, highlighting a clear lack of internal coordination. This was a definite oversight.
The hotel is located near Anting Auto City. It is a natural island hidden in the bustling city. The island is shaded by green trees and looks like a paradise. The hotel is decorated in a palace style, the rooms are luxurious and spacious, and the housekeeping department responds quickly and provides good service. The breakfast is vegetarian and has a rich variety. It is an exclusive choice in the city on weekends.
I came to Jiading with my family to watch the F1 race on the weekend. Every time I go to Shanghai, I stay at Xiyue Hotel in Shanghai, so I chose it this time when I came to Jiading. Very, very satisfactory stay experience. The hotel combines the details of Chinese classical landscaping and the essence of minimalism to create a quiet and elegant space. If you are not in a hurry to go to the racetrack, you can really enjoy this leisurely time in the hotel! I would like to thank the handsome guy Xiao Shao at the front desk. His service is really great! Knowing that we are going to the stadium to watch the game, he took the initiative to help us check the route to the stadium and the approximate time required, taught us to use the membership to buy breakfast coupons, helped carry the luggage and sent us upstairs, and sent welcome fruits to let us feel the excellent service experience. I will continue to stay at Xiyue Hotel in Jiading in the future and look forward to meeting you next time.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a delightful experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. My room was spacious and well-furnished, featuring a comfortable bed and a modern, spotless bathroom. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. Dining options were diverse and delicious, catering to various tastes. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout my stay. Overall, the Shanghai Jia Ding Sheraton Hotel is a great blend of comfort, service, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy my stays. Usually when I see Anna at the reception I feel happy. She’s very friendly and welcoming. This time it was Claire and Carrie that helped me for checking in. Both of them are very nice and helped to arrange a great room for me. Moreover, it’s so nice to have some relaxing time in the lobby lounge and drinking tea while having a beautiful view of Shanghai. The staff of the lobby lounge are also great and they remember my preference to drink tea.

It was my first stay at Park hotel Shanghai. The concierge staff came to help bring my luggage to the reception as soon as he saw me moving towards the hotel. The only issue is that due to the narrow road and location of the hotel, the cars may not be able to stop right at the entrance but this issue cannot really be fixed. Just something for travelers with luggage to keep in mind and remind the driver to stop as nearby as possible. The lady who checked in for me arranged a great room on a high floor. My suite was absolutely beautiful and although this is an old historical property, the maintenance is very good and the room was well renovated. I had a perfect view of People’s Square park and enjoyed looking out the window. The bed was absolutely one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept at and even equipped with massage and heating functions which was so great that I really didn’t wanna get out of bed. I didn’t have much time during my stay but I saw that they’ve have a small museum regarding the history of the hotel on the second floor. I will definitely return and arrange more time to have a look at the second floor and get a drink in the lobby. Many thanks for an excellent stay.

This is my fourth stay at Opartment, and it's always a fantastic choice for a staycation in Shanghai. I really appreciate their 'home away from home' concept; it's my go-to place when I want to clear my mind and relax in Shanghai.
Food deliveries are always brought directly to your room by a butler. From 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, the lobby offers complimentary croissants from Crave, along with savory vegetable bread and sweet fruit bread. They also provide complimentary in-room coffee service from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
For Qixi Festival, the hotel even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of red wine, which was a very welcome unexpected bonus!
