Shanghai Hotels with Airport pickup service

Excellent location, we asked for a higher room and got it. The junior suite is looking old but it is clean and we slept well. Nice bathroom. We could smell cigarette in the hallways on several occasions although it is supposed to be non smoking. No coffee in the room and a couple of teabags well hidden. Breakfast not included in the room but too expensive to get at the hotel. Nice view from the room and 2 minutes away from metro station and from pedestrian street

Very close to shoppng malls like 新世界城 (lots of food options) No 1 shopping mall Walking distance to 南京路步行街! Amazed Their gym is very very complete! Staffs are very nice, helping me with my didi booking, always offer to open the car door for me And insist on helping me with the luggage,

It was not easy to travel with elderly people aged 88 this time. We were glad that the hotel provided excellent service during our stay and we enjoyed the meal discount offer of the in-house outlets. We loved the Japanese restaurant the most. The hotel staff was very friendly and caring, especially the front desk staff when we checked in. They upgraded our room taking into account an extra bed needed for 3 of us and one is an old age.

I could walk to Waitan and see the Oriental Pearl Tower from my hotel room, which was great location. It was nice to have a lot of sightseeing spots to walk around and to enjoy using the city tour bus. However, I think the breakfast was not as good as I thought. And the very small size pool and the overall slightly old facility. What surprised me the most was the bathroom in the room where I stayed. I think the bathroom needs some improvement. Mirrors are installed on one wall of the bathroom..I think the people who have been there will have been so surprised by the bathroom like me. Why should a front mirror be on one side of a wall in the bathroom? Of course, I'm not sure if it's in the room I stayed in or in every other room... I was surprised.

Great location, very convenient and the staff speak good English. The hotel lobby is on level 2, and is accessed by a ramp from street level. We had trouble getting a cab to the lobby (more often they ended up across the street and they cannot turn around). We had more success directing cabs on the didi app to pick us up at the roadside. Breakfast was great and we had a view of the Pearl tower from our hotel room.

Very convenient location, a few minutes walk from Jing’an Temple station (take exit 10) and directly across the road from another mall. Lots of good and cafe options, Beaton coffee next door does very nice coffees and there is a cute little old school cafe next to that. The hotel lobby is very grand, the swimming pool has a sauna and steam room, which was nice. There is also a 24/7 gym, all on the 5th floor. The room itself had a nice view and was clean, with a comfortable bed. However, the most noticeable thing is the smell when you first enter the room, I believe other guests have commented on this. While you do eventually get used to the smell, this isn’t exactly pleasant and may be due to the old carpeting (and a need for a refurbishment), it is definitely not the fault of the cleaning staff. Strange as the corridors do not smell at all. The other issue is the bottled water tastes a little odd. Apart from that this is a good hotel in a very central location with good amenities.

I heard that Maoyue has been renovated and opened. This time I brought my children to Shanghai, so I planned to stay at Maoyue. The hotel is surprisingly good. The lobby is spacious and bright, and there is a super beautiful Christmas tree. The Pearl Twin Room we stayed in had a super beautiful view! The three-piece Oriental Pearl Tower is right in front of you, and the invincible river view is amazing. It is worth mentioning that in addition to the good environment of the hotel, the service is also excellent. From check-in to check-out, you can feel the attentive service of the hotel butler Cookie every day. If you need any help, Cookie will help immediately, which is very considerate. We had very good stay in this Pullman. Well located close metro, shopping mall and Tizinfang small streets. Front office was always very helpfull with any request i raised. Especially Zhou Kang help us to find for us one specific exhibicionismus in shanghai. Also Thanks to him we got our room earlier and it really helped us to survive our first day after long journey. Swimming pool is good one, reasonable size, just bring cap. We also liked Executive lounge with good variety of foods and drinks. Breakfast server till 10:30 also helped ;-). I can only recommend this hotel.

I stayed in the Portma Ritz Carlton for 2 nights just after Christmas. The service was excellent, all of the staff went above and beyond to help me. They greeted me by name, remembered my coffee and drink orders and went to great lengths to help me. The staff in the club lounge were amazing, Lisa, Tina, Sunny, Vincent and others. The floor attendant Cici was also so helpful. The location is great, many restaurants around and short walk to The Kerry Center and Jingan temple. definitely recommend!
