Shanghai Hotels with Airport pickup service

The hotel is literally at the airport which makes it really convenient. The rooms are big, which provided for us the perfect opportunity to re-pack our luggage. Rooms are clean. Personal helped where needed.

Breakfast is good including local and continental options. Location is excellent. Close to all major attractions .lots of local restaurants, Family mart and Lawson nearby. Room size and daily house keeping is perfect. Laundry room available with washing machines and dryers and open for all. Front desk is very efficient, helpful and can speak English.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and probably will again, although I did report my room safe was broken a number of times and across a 5 night stay (I had 2 bookings and mentioned this problem in the review against the first booking as well) it was not fixed. It was an unusual blip in what is ordinarily a great experience at this hotel but I mention it as this amenity is very important to many travellers. I haven’t had this problem before - next time I will ask for a new room straight away. Hotel is very well priced for its location (near French concession area and the Bund), ordinary level of service, and while rooms aren’t super new/modern, they are generally well maintained and always clean.

Perfect stay, a stunning room for a very good price. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful and they have a system to pick you up and take you to the airport. Also a free night snack and breakfast. We had a great stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Very well-located hotel that is within minutes to 人民广场 station, with lots of food options nearby. It's also very near to the 南京路步行街 which leads towards 外滩. There is free washing machine and dryer for use. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to 悠婷 and 李翠 who helped us with our taobao purchases!

no hotel sign board.. have to walk through the garden. . hotel should have service to pick up foreigner right at metro station. for registration I suggest then to print English form as I cannot understand Chinese word. but I astonish and good memory of their decoration atmosphere way.

Very nice and comfort hotel in bangkok, and the location is superb, w hotel staffs also very helpful, the only thing to improve is the variety of the breakfast, overall is a good hotel, I will definitely come back for sure.

The hotel lobby is at 9th floor. Beautiful view. View from our room is nice too. I like the Zen feel of the hotel, it’s very calming. When I reached my floor, I was welcomed by tea accented smell. Good amenities. The 50 inch TV is great too. I watched TV on my bed till 2am, laying on the bed. It’s also quite near to the walking street, the busiest shopping *****. The only drawback is the hotel location is a tad bit too far from the metro station, meaning a lot of walking with our luggage (some areas only have stairs, no escalators)

This was my first stay in hotel Chalet. The best things are location, cleanliness, interesting breakfast. They might improve wifi as in my room 8509 was working really slowly or not at all. The staff is not the best in English or don’t talk at all, but they use translators and always are willing to help. I still give a 5star review as i liked my stay.

Another stay here. A simple, no frills hotel for a good price. I love the location with two plazas within walking distance and the metro station about a 6 minute walk. Very convenient for getting to anywhere in the city on Line 9. This is the first time I checked the television and was a bit sad that there was only one English channel. Though this was not a big deal for me as I was only in the room to sleep. I like to book a room on the south side of the hotel as there is an open view looking over a school field. However, if you stay on a weekday, I am told the school has announcements early in the morning, so a room on the north side might be better for Sunday night to Thursday night. Check in was fast again and I was in my room within about 5 minutes. While I was very comfortable in my room, I did notice that the walls were getting a bit worn. There was also something on the walls that looked like dust, but I hope it wasn't mold. It seems they might need to think about doing some simple renovations. The height adjustment for the shower was also broken so it wanted to fall. I should have mentioned this to the front desk but I forgot. Overall, another nice stay but they may need to plan some simple renovations like painting the walls and checking the fixtures in the rooms.
