The hotel service is excellent. Provide almost everything that you need. I love the free supper of wantan every night. Especially every time came back from the cold weather, you can sit down at the cafeteria and enjoy a warm and delicious wantan. The bed was super good, that make us overslept everyday. Overall, strongly recommend this hotel, warm and cozy

The hotel room is small, and the river view room is actually blocked by the building in front of most of the river view. There were iron nails on the ground in front of the hotel, and a taxi drove to the hotel and parked on the sidewalk. On the second night of my stay, my wife tripped and fell to the ground, causing her knees to bleed. The hotel had nothing to say about it. I will definitely not stay here again in the future.

I grabbed the Leyou Shanghai government subsidy coupon and then found this hotel. I found that I could book a suite at a low price, so I decided to book and stay!
Environment: The location is very good, right on the Bund. Although you can't see the river view directly from the room, you can walk to the river in a few minutes. And you can see the city view of Lujiazui, which is quite good!
Facilities: Standard citigo configuration, with many tourism culture-related decorations on the bedside and roof. And the basin and shower can be separated from wet and dry, which is very convenient.
The breakfast was okay, at a normal three- or four-star level. It was a waste of time and effort. However, after 9:30, some of the dishes were not very filling, and there seemed to be no refills?
In addition, the hot water in the room seems to come out slowly. It doesn't get too hot after leaving the hands on for a long time, but the shower does come out quite quickly.
You can park at the door. There are not many parking spaces and it is free.

The personnel of the hotel doesn’t speak English🥹but despite that they were always helpful and polite. Breakfast is good. Mostly Chinese dishes, but delicious.
