Very comfortable, near the airport. They also offer shuttle service to the airport which is very convenient.

I arrived after 11 pm had a quick and easy check in. I had paid in advance and was surprised that I didn't have to leave a deposit. This was a great, economical stay for easy access to the airport (about 25 minutes) using their free shuttle. I would stay here again for late arrival early departure to the airport. I would not stay more than 24 hours because there's nothing in the area but local restaurants.

The service is good and the attitude is good. The hotel style is good👍 and the facilities are complete. Xiaoyu at the front desk has good service and is considerate. Check-in is quick. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is big, the bathroom is clean, and the shower is comfortable. The breakfast is also rich in variety and clean.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet in the room was dirty. The bath towels were old, torn and thin. The breakfast was terrible. The fried rice noodles were full of oil and clumped into lumps. The steamed sweet potatoes were still moldy and had moldy spots. Obviously, several of them were rotten to the naked eye, and they did not regard the residents as human beings. The service attitude at the front desk is poor, they are so arrogant that they don't treat you as a guest. The lady who cleans the room did not change the bath towels. The bath towels delivered by phone should have been wiped on the floor. They were brought back from stock for a long time and still have gray hair on them. ,fear. I guess there are many customers who have been deceived and vowed never to come to this store again. I was fooled by their Disney pick-up or airport pick-up service. It costs 15-18 yuan to go from this Vienna Nanzhu store to the nearest subway Nanhui station. This is probably the worst Vienna hotel branch in the country. It lacks management. The hygiene is worrisome. Everyone at the front desk wears casual clothes and is very amateurish. If this hotel was not one of the five hotels in the ** platform package, no one would want to stay there. I regret it very much. Because I had to fly to South Korea from Pudong Airport early in the morning on the last day, and I had a lot of luggage with my children, so I had already repacked and changed hotels!
