總體來説還可以，就是過年期間人太多了，服務員服務不太周到，作為萬豪的長客户比較其他萬豪服務還是不足的，尤其前台的女服務員不是很熱情估計也是忙不過來了吧

非常不推薦這家酒店！
進房間半小時我都想好了100字差評，甚至想換個酒店！訂這個酒店是本次旅行也失望的決定啦！
訂的親子酒店，但是嚴重懷疑設計師對親子旅行沒有經驗，對小孩子不瞭解，或者是教科書式的淺知，整個房間就是在客房的基礎上加了一些卡通貼紙，加了一些小童用品，但是比普通客房貴200塊？？？
房間設備老舊嚴重，進房間準備充電，插座直接脱落，二歲娃好奇且手速快，差點拿手去摸脱落的插座電線！過一會兒燈罩脱落！差點砸到娃！
房間尖角沒有做任何保護，很容易讓孩子撞到受傷！
這些都是進去十分鐘發生的！
找前台但是根本沒找到電話號碼，客房服務電話打不出去，無奈打到攜程平台，代告知前台幫忙解決。酒店找了負責客房服務的阿姨來，用浴巾和床單把桌子包起來，又找了維修人員來維修脱落電板！阿姨和維修人員態度比較好！
訂了二天酒店，第一天晚上就是門口樓上聲音吵鬧，然後房間進門的是個感應燈，我們一上廁所就自己亮？？？？於是娃第一天晚上十一點才睡，準備第二天我們睡到自然醒然後去迪士尼玩，結果！！！！更離譜的來了，第二天早上早上八點房間的天貓精靈把我的娃喊起來了！！！“小主人，八點了，起來鍛鍊身體了？？？……我現在想起來都想罵！
於是，早起毀一天，我的娃一早上都在拚命哭！我在瘋狂崩潰！直到11:30才出門去迪士尼！但是娃還是心情煩躁！一下午也是又累又困！
另外，酒店不算臨近地鐵，距離秀沿路地鐵大概六七百米，帶二歲娃走路是不可能的，衹能打車，酒店的班車沒定，要提前一天確定時間，帶娃沒辦法提前。
二天1200+，除了享受到破破爛爛的房間，處理問題的阿姨為了讓我們不生氣還給了很多很多很多礦泉水 餐巾紙 浴巾！雖然酒店差，也是阿姨盡力了！
