真的很生氣，我訂的是惠選大床房，宣傳頁上寫的窗户位置走廊或過道，結果給我按排一個房間小的，馬桶和床就隔了一道拉門，當時我想可能是大城市寸土寸金，也就臨時睡一晚，小就小點吧，我就忍了沒計較。結果晚上和孩子睡着被吵醒才發現，房間窗外是樓下飯店後廚院子，樓下工人，0點之後吵吵嚷嚷，嬉笑打鬧，説説話還一直大聲咯痰，把我和孩子吵醒，我凌晨1:00下樓和酒店前台溝通，讓樓下小聲一點，別打擾我和孩子睡覺，結果溝通之後安靜了沒到半小時，窗外又開始大聲説話、刷**，咯痰等等各種聲音，而且房間還有嘩嘩的流水聲，弄得我和孩子剛睡着就被吵醒，剛睡着就被吵醒，反反覆覆好幾次，結果吵得我後半夜基本沒睡覺，點開手機查看訂單詳情，發現實際和圖片完全不符，瞬間我覺得被騙了，這就是虛假宣傳呀！這種欺騙行為是讓我無法容忍的，這不就是掛羊頭賣狗肉麼，我們外地遊客來遊玩訂房間，第一次訂某家酒店，對環境不瞭解，靠的就是看圖片來查看房型，圖片和環境會有一點誤差我也理解，畢竟這個價位在這個地段應該挺便宜了，但是我沒想到，住宿環境和商家介紹的差距太大，完全不是一個地方，希望攜程對商家這種欺騙行為給予嚴肅處理，不要在讓我們外地遊客上當受騙了！
