저희가 여행간날 엘리베이터 한대가 고장나있어서 이용에 불편함이 많았습니다. 중간층에 객실이 위치한 손님들은 엘리베이터를 탑승하지 못하거나 한대를 보내고 다시 기다려야 하는 상황이 있어 불편했습니다. 또한 화장실 문이 제대로 닫히지 않았고 화장실 유리문 맨 위 한 5 inch정도 유리문이 모잘라 화장실 냄새가 객실로 그대로 전달되는 방 구조라 매우 불편하였습니다.

全季的整體服務還是非常規範，工作人員也很熱情！地處步行街黃金路段，性價比很高！唯一問題在於該樓的物業管理效率非常低下！18層多的大樓共2部電梯，入住幾天，壞了一部竟然修了幾天，等離店尚未修好，上下高峯時段排隊等候時間巨長。。。

Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und es sollte bald renoviert werden.
Ansonsten ist das Hotel aber ganz ok.
Das beste ist die Lage, da es nur 15 Minuten zu "the Bund" und 5 Minuten in die Nanjing Road sind.
Auch Ansonsten sind viele Attraktionen zu Fuß zu erreichen.
