We checked into this hotel with our family, paid for three rooms. I didn't leave a very good impression, the rooms are dirty! A lot of dust and stains. At least the place where the kettle stood was covered in dust, all the shelves were also dirty, the mirror was stained!!!On the third day, I noticed that the bed linen was not changed, I asked to change it, so the aunt who does it looked disapprovingly and changed the bed linen for the first and last time. The only thing I liked was the staff at the reception, very polite and understanding.

The design of the rooms and the really good reviews got me excited for my stay at this hotel. Luckily my chinese friends helped me checkin. One good thing I have to mention: The hotel let me shorten my trip and I got refunded for the remaining days. Unfortunately the cleanliness of my room was the worst I've ever seen (like they did not clean at all). The towels had holes, there was a bunch of hair underneath the bed sheet, there was mold in the bathroom, mold in the sink and mold on the wall plus ceiling. I had absolutely no cellphone reception and the wifi wasn't working at all. If all rooms are anything like the one I've stayed in, the good reviews online can't be real. I hope the person in charge gets to work and fixes the above mentioned issues, so the hotel gets a better chance of survival.
