Hotel is slightly old but good facilities and clean. Friendly staff and good location 10 mins from Xujiahui station which has a few malls

Citigo Xujiahui has simple, funky facilities. Everything is very clean. The team speaks very little English but they use translation apps. I like this location close to malls and metro.

Atound 5-10mins walk to mrt, some restaurant nearby. Hotel is very fashion and there's free aupper every night10-11pm. Stay here during typhoon days, staffs are very helpful.

Big fan of CitiGO hotels, this one no exception. Rooms are clean, okay sized, and have all you need. Location is fine, withing walkable distance to Xujiahui metro station.

CitiGo is a very modern hotel chain with lots of perks for young travelers. cute breakfast with pig dumplings 😀. they also provide washing machines and dryers 24/7. rooms are simple but extremely well thought. the Xiujiahui location is just perfect near a hub of subway stations. And malls where you can find everything you need.

I had a really disappointing stay at your hotel. The environment was far from satisfactory, with a lot of dirt and mess. The hygiene was subpar, and the service attitude was extremely poor. What's more, after checking out, the hotel staff forced me to give a positive review by offering gifts. This kind of behavior is really pushing it too far.

Very good location, a few metro stops away from People’s Square. The room is small but clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Despite the language barrier staff was helpful and trying to help. The room is exactly the same as in the picture, it's quite clean. For me, the breakfast was plentiful and changed everyday during my three nights stay. Many free things such as soft drinks and wonton soup. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and warm, there was no cigarette smell.

It is a boutique hotel inside a lane at Xuijiahui. Locationwise it is convenient as it is near the musical theater where I need to go and room rates are reasonable. Check-in process is quick and the staff at the reception desk are nice, helpful and efficient. The twin room size is small but the room design is nice and considerate as it provides adequate space for packing/unpacking. My only critics on the room design is the shower booth and toilet which is relatively small.

Very good location in Central SH with lots to do nearby and close to metro station. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was better than expected for the budget. Unfortunately, the first room we booked had a lot of mosquitos in, and one of the electrical outlets was broken, but staff let us change rooms very easily.
