Ahn Luh Zhujiajiao

This is my second time to spend the Spring Festival in An Luh. The ancient town is opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel's internal environment is quiet and elegant, and the service is thoughtful. The whole process is handled by the butler COX, which is convenient and worry-free. It is also very good to have dinner in the hotel. The white water fish, river shrimp and other dishes are very delicious.

The lobby is antique and during the Spring Festival, a wintersweet blooms in the courtyard. In the afternoon, a heart-warming health soup is served. The mutton noodles in the restaurant are delicious. The only drawback is that the TV in the room is too old and the pixel is too low. I hope the restaurant has more varieties of dishes.

The hotel is located opposite the Zhujiajiao scenic area, in a quiet location in a busy city. The hotel inherits the Huizhou architectural style, and it is said that it has the same designer as Amman. The hotel service is warm and homely, and all are butler-style services. As the Chinese New Year approaches, the whole of Shanghai has become deserted. My husband and I decided to check in at the long-known An Luh on a whim. A butler will meet us from the parking lot, and as long as we rest in the lobby, the butler Cos will help us check in. The experience is very good. I was unexpectedly upgraded to Dongli Pavilion, which is very large but still very warm. The hotel provides two sweet soups when turning down the bed. In addition, the hotel provides morning exercises of Eight Section Brocade, explanations of ancient buildings, and free Chinese style photography experience. It was my first time to experience the horse-faced skirt, and the photographer also took very good photos. In the evening, I also experienced the Thai Spa provided by the hotel, and it really felt like I was back in Thailand. The overall feeling is very good, it is worth recommending~

The service experience is extremely poor. Except for the staff in the housekeeping department, the other staff in the hotel obviously lack training. There is not even a person who speaks English at the front desk. On the first day, the front desk took us to the wrong room, which was not cleaned and smelled bad, indicating that the communication between departments is very poor. The restaurant is definitely the lower limit of five-star service from service to production. There is no background music in the whole hotel. Dinner is very gloomy, with only the sound of machine engines. The recruitment department really needs to work hard. At least they should know what service is. The employees they recruited are ruining your reputation. The market decisiveness of word-of-mouth publicity, didn’t the management owner calculate this account clearly? Such a good design and architectural concept, such a good brand, it’s really a pity! The hotel’s facilities are old and difficult to use, and the doors are creaking loudly. The current charging standard is completely worthless. Please choose carefully.

We traveled during the New Year's Day off-peak and stayed at Ting Lan Pavilion. The hotel was quiet and charming. The housekeeper Nita provided thoughtful service and took good care of us. We will come here for vacation and rest next time.
