The hotel is good but far away,recommended if you do not want to go to the center

Nice hotel at a fair price, but it's 2+ km far from the nearest subway station. The front desk is nice and helpful. The electric sockets in the room weren't functioning very well. I guess it was only that room, because no one was complaining about that in the reviews.

Smells smoke a lot. I don't smoke so I feel it everywhere. It also has no windows and really hard bed. But is so silent place and fast Check-in. Good shower water. I will repeat because is good price-quality.

I washed my hair this morning and found that my shampoo was gone. I took out all the stuff in the suitcase but couldn't find it, then I remembered that I left it in their hotel. I called and a male waiter answered the phone. I told him my situation. He asked my aunt and he said he didn't see it. I bought that bottle of shampoo at Sephora, and it can be used to offset their two nights' room rate. This is the first bad review I've received in all the years I've stayed at a hotel.

I will stay in this hotel again next time I come to Shanghai. The price-performance ratio is very high. The nearby subway station Xujing East Line 2 is very close to Hongqiao Railway Station.
