這是我住過最差最噁心的酒店！因為下飛機沒有高鐵而選擇住一晚，到酒店已經十點多，到了房間一股濃濃的香煙味令人作嘔，立刻到前台説眀情況要求更換，要加二十元才能換到有窗户的房間。打攜程客服電話幫忙解決後，拿房卡去前台更換房間，沒想到前台説早就叫你加二十元換房間就是了，現在還不是來了。全程沒有一點表示歉意的意思和態度，更絕的是換了有窗户的房間也是一股濃濃的香煙味。前後折騰了快一個小時才住進這樣的房間，在這裏還是要感謝攜程客服，全程更進處理，貼心的打電話詢問結果
