這次住宿體驗相當好，服務人員都相當有禮貌且客氣，check in的時候還可以挑選喜歡的香氛精油，可以搭配在房間的擴香機使用。叫外賣還有機器人能送到房。或是在六樓大廳餐廳吃，吃完服務人員還會幫忙收拾，比賓至如歸更好的感受👍🏻而且這間離地鐵站相當近，一出門過個馬路就到達，相當方便。最後退房也感謝空青和若兮，相當好的體驗👍🏻

The second room is not carpeted, which is good. You can tell at a glance whether the floor is clean or not. The third and most satisfying thing is that the washing, bathing and toilet in the room are separate, so if three people want to go to the toilet, take a shower or wash their faces at the same time, they can do so without disturbing each other, which is really great. There are some shortcomings. For me personally, the first one is that the lobby is on the 6th floor. It feels a bit awkward after getting used to the lobby on the 1st floor. The second is that although the shower area is large, the platform for putting things is too small. I personally like to bring some small items in for bathing, and the platform is too small to use and it is a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. If I go there again next time, I will consider living there again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The experience is very good. The transportation is convenient. There are subway stations No. 8 and No. 10 across the street, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere. The service attitude is super enthusiastic and responsive. We arrived late this time and only a corner room was left. I thought the street was a bit noisy, but closing the window provided good sound insulation and did not affect my sleep. The only downside is that it would be nice if each light in the room had an independent control switch. The bedside light is a bit glaring. If one of the two people gets up and turns on the light, the other will think the bedside light is too bright. Next time I come to Shanghai, I will continue to stay at this hotel
