Changed room type twice
The first time was because there were footprints on the sheets; the second time was because there was noise from the air conditioning duct at 8 o'clock in the morning, the noise lasted for more than 10 minutes and occurred many times. The room we were eventually moved to had a window, but the design was very problematic, with the toilet and bathroom being far away from the closet. Very inconvenient urban design.
In addition, since the lobby is shared by multiple hotels, there is also catering. The smell is very bad and the hygiene is very questionable.
Although the service staff is nice, I think the hygiene of this hotel is worrying. Especially in the rooms without windows, you can smell strange smells coming from the pipes, and there is obvious dust in some places in the room.
