Séjour très décevant malgré une équipe d’animation au top Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, principalement à cause de la qualité du service au restaurant. Le buffet était très mauvais : plats froids, peu variés, et les desserts étaient manifestement surgelés. L’un des pires points : les serveurs débarrassent votre table pendant que vous êtes au buffet, ce qui est très désagréable. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est catastrophique, tout simplement les plats du buffet servi en assiette, le petit plus de la viande avariée Côté infrastructures, le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne qu’à l’accueil, ce qui est vraiment insuffisant de nos jours. Les piscines ferment à 18h, bien trop tôt, surtout en été. Côté chambre, des fuites au niveau de la « Clim » flexible de douche qui fuit 👉 Le seul point positif de ce séjour : l’équipe d’animation. Ils sont dynamiques, motivés et mettent une super ambiance. Dommage que tout le reste ne soit pas à la hauteur. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Aggressive staff. I would be extremely careful if visiting this hotel for the shop if you are not in the company of a male. We went to visit as it has the biggest shop in the area but we're met by an extremely aggressive staff member at the beach entrance because I said 'we're good, thank you' when he approached us. When I say aggressive this guy was not letting up, we were three women on our own and I felt extremely unsafe to the point I thought he was going to hit me. I'm well travelled and well able but this guy got right up in my face, nose to nose, staring at me a snarling. In the end we just had to walk away because of how intimidating he was. This was 100% not a cultural issue but a very aggressive demeaning man on a power trip. Save your money spend it next door or pop into Monastir

Séjour parfait. En couple, du 22 au 31/05/25. Nous avons testé le spa bio et avons promis de laisser un message : les employées pour le gommage et masseuses ont été vraiment super, Momo nous a trouvé une super formule pour deux, et les prix sont forcément abordables pour des français. Pour l’hôtel, super chambre, buffets variés avec des produits frais, serveurs très agréables et formule all inclusive très adaptée. Mention spéciale pour les employés de la plage, où nous avons passé de très bonnes journées très reposantes. Nous espérons y retourner, mais ce ne sera pas en juillet août.
