Entre horrible et médiocre Tout est vétuste ,chambre sombre et pas très net ,literie dure ,oreillers archi mous,salle de bain très vétuste ,pomme de douche arrosant partout ,toilettes avec peu d’eau (éviter le papier dans les toilettes) etc….. Dîner et petit déjeuner minable ,le matin purée ratatouille et « omelette » Pas de pain ,café ultra léger ,pas de jus de fruit .seul fruit pastèque Bon courage ., heureusement une seule nuit Fenêtre donnant sur un grand boulevard À éviter

We only used this structure as a restaurant, for a quick lunch, as part of an organized trip. The menu was pre-established and did not differ much from those already experienced several times during the holiday. Overall quality almost in line with average, service a little too serious and no wifi connection. Three dots, with a little effort.

was a wonderful stay, loved how staff are hospital, food is nice, rooms are clean and cosy. I stayedfor a business already twice,in summer enjoyed the swimming pool on back side and the delicious breakfast in the terrace. fully recommended!!!

I would not stay here again. The first non smoking room we were allocated stank of stale cigarette smoke, despite being on a no smoking floor. The second room a few doors on, was slightly less smelly. The sheets were scratchy, the toilet seat was cracked in two places, there was a huge crack in the wash hand basin and cigarette burns in the bath. Shower in the morning was lukewarm. Breakfast was very limited, and dishes cold. Staff tried their best, despite an extremely tired hotel. It needs a full refurbishment. They tell you about WiFi in the rooms, forget it. Even when you are in reception it drops out, so in effect there is no WiFi.

Hotel not living up to its ambitions. The drain in the bathroom did what he wanted, the pool looked great but there were a number of uncovered and unmarked manholes and utility rooms, and there was a risk of falling into them. There was a kettle in the room (double), but only one teabag, one teaspoon and no sugar. In fact, the WiFi connection was non-existent, even in the reception (the only hotel in Uzbekistan where it was impossible to call home).
