Check in was smooth and great by Mr Harris. I contacted helpdesk for assistance to safe box matter. Safe box has no power and technician came to rectify. With some help, safe box has power. However after a few attempts, the reset was activated at every new pin entry and the rod never move. Other than this mishap, the call for in-room dining makes up the good deal with first order of Caeser Salad and Soup, followed by another order for western salmon. Both were served by the same person. The window view of Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah mosque was in respect and magnitude of our stay. We gave the in-room dining 5 stars rating. We give the safe box a 3 out of 5 stars.

Booked here because of iCity! The location is close to iCity, walking distance about 2-3mins. Clean room, excellent service, food was nice, even the welcoming cookies taste good👍🏻.

The hotel is on the building's 4th and 5th floors, so don't be surprised when you walk in. Simply take the elevator to the 4th floor, where the hotel lobby is. The staff are friendly. They are happy to entertain you even if you call them on the phone. The room is simple but tidy. They also sell essentials to make your stay more pleasant. The room is peaceful, there is more than enough parking in front of the hotel.The hotel is also close to a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. This hotel is definitely a wonderful catch if you just need to rest and sleep at a reasonable price:) 

A belated review from my last trip to Malaysia! The newly opened doubletree had been on my list of Malaysian hotels to try for some time. And I wasn’t disappointed. The first pleasant surprise was to see Mme Baity - formerly of KL Hilton - at the front desk. Despite being newly opened and having many young and new staff that reassured me that I was in safe hands. The hotel itself is quite beautiful - the lobby with cafe is especially grand. My room was well fitted and had everything you’d expect from a quality business hotel. My friends and I had a wonderful dinner in the in-house Italian restaurant - where the manager and head chef even managed to change the grilled squid recipe to match my group’s taste (sorry for being demanding customers!) If I were to make one observation for improvement it would be around an executive lounge for business customers. In my experience that is a big drawer for many working travellers. Overall - another great hotel experience! Thank you to the whole team who made my brief stay so comfortable

Just stayed at Fox Hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with comfy beds, but soundproofing could be better. Amazing pool with city views—get there early! Breakfast is tasty but overpriced. Friendly staff. Great location near attractions and public transport. Parking is limited, so consider alternatives. I'd skip the on-site dinner; better options nearby. Overall, a solid choice for a city stay!
