je n y suis pas allé car j ai réservé pour un hotel a 31 km de chania. or il y en a plus du double. impossible de se faire rembourser...ni même le petit dejeuner qu ils n on pas servi

Peaceful hotel with amazing owners along the sea!
A peaceful hotel owned by the sweetest family. Our room had a private balcony and gorgeous views of the sea. The property is approx 200 meters outside the small village with a private beach but the owners will pick you up at the ferry or at the exit from the Samaria gorge if you coordinate ahead of time. The property has sunbeds and umbrellas to use for free and sea kayaks and pedal boats to use for free. The family works very hard to accommodate us and are incrdibly kind. The hotel is small and they have a small family staff so things happen at a more casual pace which is relaxing. Fish may not be available every meal because the owner, George, is also the fisherman and he may not have a large catch that morning or the weather may prevent fishing but my advice is ask staff for recommendations for what to eat. Every time we asked staff for food recommendations, we had a delicious meal! We ate most meals at the hotel and only went into the village for a cocktail or to walk around. It is the perfect place to unplug, relax, and enjoy some beautiful views and peace.

This hotel feels like a dream. It is absolutely stunning, and the food is amazing. The hotel is family run, and it feels so welcoming and homely. The beach is fantastic, and it was so nice to be able to use the canoes. The staff here make all the difference. They were so kind and friendly. I want to come again!!

At night we were bitten by bedbugs in bed, and there were many cockroaches running around the floor. In the restaurant we found a cockroach in a plate and choked on a hair. The hotel and restaurant are in terrible unsanitary conditions. We were very afraid that we would catch a disease that these insects carry. The hotel and restaurant require complete sanitization. Get rid of them!

Главная пролема с этим отелем в том, что они не возвращают деньги за отменённое бронирование. Они готовы угробить свою профессиональную репутацию, потерять клиентов, но если вы им уже заплатили, они не хотят отдавать деньги обратно. Я подам на них в суд, но я живу в европе. А для российских туристов это неразрешимая пролема. Поэтому избегайте этот отель с его мнимой дешевизной. Они просто многократно продают номера с одной и той же датой разным клиентам.

Nice remote apartments, located 600m from the Agia Roumeli village centre. With nice beach and offering free sunbeds. The free kayaks where also a plus though they were pretty old. The apartments were relatively spacious with amazing view. The balconies were nice though the chairs are not comfortable. The restaurant served breakfast and lunch/dinner. Prefer fish or cooked food rather than meat. It's a bit far from the village centre but the village itself doesn't have a lot to offer after all. If you are very tired after crossing the Samaria Gorge, prefer to stay somewhere closer to the coffee center or prefer Loutro area for more nightlife options. Last, the apartments offer air conditioning in one room while the other has a fan which is VERY noisy. Not convenient for the night. A ceiling fan with low speed/noise would have been better.

A fuir...mauvais accueil, chambre sale, evier cassé, lampe avec araignée 🕷, bouilloire inutilisable odeur de pétrole , ventilateur rempli de poussière inutilisable, branchement plaques électriques avec du Scotch. Et le pire c'est que pour éviter un mauvais commentaire sur booking ce Mr se permet de dire à booking que nous sommes pas venus pour notre séjour et nous fait payer 20 euros de plus pour une 3ème personne, avons donc payé 85+20 pour 2 nuits alors que sur tous les sites de réservation l'hôtel est à 41 euros pour 3 personne à cette date. Le jour d'arrivée une personne vient nous chercher en voiture avec une voiture très sale, huile de moteur dans le fond du coffre, sièges tachés. Finalement mieux vaut y aller à pieds. franchement malhonnêtes... Faites donc très attention ⚠️ car nous avions loué un appartement 2 chambres qui apparemment n'existe pas on nous a donné un appartement 1 chambre avec 1 lit dans la cuisine. 🙈🙈🙁 Nous connaissons très bien Agia Roumeli et ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement payer plus de 50 euros dans cette partie de la Créte en général c'est du luxe, là c'était du vieux, sale, bas de gamme. On ne recommande pas du tout.
