GGuest UserIt was cute, is a nice place, great location , the staff could be nicer, and at breakfast they had only few cakes, things that you can make a sandwich with, and coffee and juice, pretty much that was all, no eggs. Overall was a cool stay , I didn’t had more options except this place for my date and I paid like 66€ for 1 night, which I found it a bit expensive for a hostel.

CCindyTsangUnbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol.
Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants.
Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset.
The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided.
Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding.
This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space.
The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom.
A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table.
A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay.
The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room.
All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

Hhappiest_girlAvoid rooms from 420 and up! We got room 426, which is located directly under the breakfast hall. Starting at 4 a.m., we heard loud noises from unloading and serving, and later, as breakfast began, the scraping of chairs overhead. At 8 a.m., we went down to reception to ask if it was possible to move to another room. The hotel was almost full, but since we had a booking for just 2 nights, the receptionist found a possibility for us. However, we had to move out in the morning, leave our things at the reception, and get a new room only after 2 p.m. It was really inconvenient, as we paid for 2 nights and had to change our plans. However, at least we got a new room on the 2nd floor in another wing of the hotel building. Both rooms themselves were okay, but the new room was much better. So, my advice is to ask for a room number less than 420. The hotel location is perfect for strolling in the city center, as the El Corte Inglés shopping center is just across the square, and there's a discount supermarket, Aldi, next door to the hotel. Many bars and restaurants are on the nearby streets, so the location is really superb.

Hhappiest_girlThe hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).

sound and light proofing is very good, although nightly and daily intense forced ventilation from intra building aircon causes some light vibration that may be disturbing.
pricewise its only 70% of the prices in town center especially at weekend, which is a big plus for this hotel.
conveniently located between town and airport, 10min by bus both ways. No 28 and EA bus do stop there, ca 300m to walk. there is Lidl not war away and large carrefour about 1.3km away

There is no breakfast here, and I didn't feel the breakfast, but the surrounding area is also very late for breakfast in Spain. Front desk staff meticulous care, patience and professional explanation of the surrounding attractions and food, hotel rooms are also a lot of free items, mineral water, soda water, a variety of drinks room is spacious, light transmittance is very good, clean, simply refreshing, bed is also very comfortable, the room is central air conditioning, is simply a palace level of enjoyment. Go out to visit also sent a handwritten map, and to help me book the show tickets and cars, the model is very comfortable and enjoy the whole journey, too intimate! Really good, really checked in the left and right guests let people feel that other hotels do not feel very down-to-earth! There's fruit at night. It's so sweet. OOleTThe location of the hotel is very convenient. It is in the center, but in a quiet place. The rooms are tiny, barely fit the bed. But it is nice that there is a private bathroom. The room has a wardrobe, a bedside table, a TV, air conditioning, the bed is comfortable. At first, I was checked into a room without a window, I asked to be given a room with a window the next day, and moved to another one. The hotel is old, tired. The rooms are dark, there is little light. The check-in process is very strange and extremely inconvenient, and sometimes inaccessible. If you decide to make contactless check-in, then you need to make it convenient for guests to register and receive keys. What is the problem with sending instructions on the day of check-in at least in a messenger? At the entrance to the hostel, there is an announcement at the door that you should call the specified phone number and you will be given instructions on how to get the key. And if you are unable to make a call, you will not be able to check in. The managers did not think about this. The phone number of the property in the description when booking does not match the one on the door, so you will not be able to contact in advance. I think the price is too high for such a hotel.
