Hotels in Casco Antiguo, Seville

The hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).

The hotel is in the central area, a few minutes walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral! The hotel itself is so beautiful that it has become a part of the tourist check-in. The hotel front desk and the service staff who received guests were very good. But the hotel air conditioning was loud, and I don’t know if the hotel lights had problems with the sensor or something. I took the children to order room service to eat in the hotel. While eating, all the lights went out and the baby was scared! There was no response when the switch was pressed again. I called the front desk and someone came to see it soon. He came and it was fine again (but the engineering department spoke Spanish and couldn’t communicate). The room was on the first floor and it was very noisy when the car passed by outside. The baby didn’t sleep until more than 10:40. After everyone fell asleep, there was a loud knock on the door. The room service staff knocked on the wrong door to deliver tissues and woke everyone up again! ! ! ! It was a very tossing accommodation experience! ! ! ! Thank you to the front desk staff for fixing the plane for the child✈️

The lady at the front desk is very nice. The hotel is in a great location and is very convenient to go anywhere. The treadmill in the gym is not very efficient and has a high slope. But the square in front of the hotel is suitable for running in the morning. In short, I am very satisfied.

Our receptionist Laura was not friendly, she was not helpful at all when we arrived. After a long trip to Seville from Marbella, we at least were expecting fast checkin, smile and greetings, but nothing of that we received. Room was dark. Breakfast was ok.

The room is relatively large in Europe. The space is enough. It's not bad. There are many restaurants and drinks around. There is also a supermarket. The British Palace shopping mall is diagonally opposite. It's quite convenient. You can choose

In the old town of Seville, whether you go to Plaza de España, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral or the City Umbrella, it takes a few minutes to walk. Opposite the hotel is the British Department Store, a Spanish chain department store. The location is really convenient. The room is not bad, whether it is the TV or the bed and pillow, they are all good. The sink is a bit small, and the water temperature adjustment in the bathroom is also quite magical. The biggest problem is that there is no WiFi signal in the room, which is a collapse... The breakfast is edible. The service attitude is also good. As above.

The service staff from the front desk to the breakfast were just right and enthusiastic. When I left, the price of Uber tripled, so the front desk helped me call a taxi. The location is a five-minute walk from the Cathedral and the Royal Palace. There is a tram directly to Plaza España. It is quiet in the bustling city. I will stay here again next time I come.

It is very close to the cathedral and the palace, only a few dozen meters away, but it is definitely not suitable for self-driving people. The drive to the hotel is on a small road. The road is narrower than the wheelbase. You can only hear the sound of the tires on both sides of the road scraping against the edge of the sidewalk. There are several 90-degree turns. The downhill entrance of the hotel garage is only 1.79 meters high and narrow, and can only be driven down by hotel staff for parking. When driving an SUV, the car can only be parked in a public parking lot 1 km away. Hotel decoration It's quite delicious. I met the boss and chatted for a long time. The service is very good. The guy at the front desk speaks good English and is very friendly. Although the room is not big, it is very clean. It is in the pedestrian street and not far from Plaza de España and the Golden Tower.
