Location is wonderful, right smack in the middle of the shopping street with lots of things to do and eat. The staff is also really nice, she recommended us things to do in Sevilla and also recommended one of the best tapas restaurant that we have ever been to. The room is also very spacious and clean.

Nos alojamos en este encantador hotel situado en la calle Sierpes, ¡y no podríamos haber hecho mejor elección! La ubicación es simplemente perfecta: en pleno centro, rodeado de tiendas, bares y a un paso de los principales monumentos. El precio fue increíble para todo lo que ofrece. El alojamiento es amplio, luminoso y está impecablemente limpio. Las camas son comodísimas, perfectas para descansar después de un día explorando la ciudad. Además, tener dos baños fue un auténtico lujo, especialmente si viajas en grupo o en familia. Un detalle que nos encantó fue la zona con agua, café y té gratuitos, disponible todo el tiempo, junto con una pequeña nevera que resultó muy práctica. En resumen, este hotel superó todas nuestras expectativas. Por su ubicación, comodidad, limpieza y precio, es totalmente recomendable. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città, i luoghi più “lontani” sono a 15 minuti a piedi. Si trova nelle vie pedonali del centro, quindi negozi e bar a portata di mano. La stanza pulitissima,ampia,moderna,tutto nuovo. Consigliato!

I have never stayed at property that was so attentive to hospitality. Each more I would wake up to a morning text asking how I was doing and if any services were needed. They also had an interactive pdf that gave recommendations for things in the area and other services that tourists may be interested in. Of the four hotels that I stayed in on my 3 week trip, this week by far exceeded all of the other ones and exceeded my expectations.

Stayed but had to check out early due to electrical faults in the room which cut all power due to broken AC. Hotel initially would not accept there was a problem u til all electric was tripped off and then didn’t offer any solution - alternative room or refund that day - eventually offering a new top. For part of our group only at 10.30pm! - which, when travelling with a 3yr old just isn’t acceptable. They continue to deny there was an issue so we had to leave and rebook alternative accommodation. The hotel offered no refund for the inconvenience and not being able to deliver services as advertised. Do not stay here or any of the hotels with the ‘Welldone’ brand in Seville as they are terrible.
