Room Select Tetuán

We were arranged to stay in an accessible room (according to the front desk, this is also their standard room). There was no shower curtain or partition in the shower. The entire toilet floor was slippery after showering, which was very dangerous for us elderly travelers. We expressed our concerns to the counter and asked to change rooms. The front desk said that the entire hotel was fully booked. The next day we said we would make a formal complaint, and they reluctantly helped us to change to another room. They also kept telling us that the accessible room was larger and that changing rooms would increase the workload of the employees. We were extremely disappointed with the hotel's attitude towards handling safety issues. The new room has a glass-partitioned shower room, but it has a leaking problem even before it is used. I knew the small size of the room when I booked it, but I didn't expect that there were two large water pipes connecting the floor to the ceiling in the new room. I could hear gurgling water sounds all night, which seriously affected my sleep. The hotel's location in the old town is an advantage (you can walk to the Royal Palace and Cathedral of Seville), but also a disadvantage (cars cannot enter the old town and it takes about 10 minutes to walk). The cleanliness of the room is acceptable, but there is no refrigerator or kettle.
