If you seek a 5 star hotel experience in Sevilla, the Mercer is the place for you. Beautiful, well deigned and cozy rooms, fantastic boutique facility ,and some of the best hotel staff anywhere. With a professional concierge. I think they may have more staff than guests! Plus it's located near all the main attractions in Sevilla, yet on a quieter street. Was a truly outstanding experience, and after 40+ years of travel that is saying something!!

Exceeded my expectations all around, quality, design and the upmost dedicated service I’ve ever had. The size of the rooms and bathrooms are amazing, the size and quality of the bed are truly amazing. Right in the town centre, beautiful experience. Would not stay anywhere else in Seville.

Great experience at Mercer, during the charming 3 days Easter period. So nice attentions from the staff, o/w Pablo Cubillas and the Concierges team, explaining everything, and booking great adresses. The hotel is perfectly located, close and calm.

The place is quiet and elegant and service is efficient and friendly. We were there in the middle of the power outage but every thing was taken care of.brekfast was super especially egg.the welcome drinks were particularly nice.the decor was modern but the building was like a typical casa.

We had a great two night stay at the Mercer. It is a small hotel with only 11 rooms but has amenities of a larger hotel. Every staff member we engaged with was fantastic. We had a great experience with the concierge Pablo who really went above and beyond with his helpfulness, including providing suggestions for our next destination in Madrid. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, atmosphere and staff.

What can I say! One of the best hotels I have stayed in, would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Seville to stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was lovely and the food was excellent. I would like to say a special thank you to Ivan on reception. He is very professional and friendly, ready to help you in every way he can.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Sevilla ! Hotel lobby, bar and dining area 10/10 for beauty and decor Location: 10/10 - so convenient to shops, attractions and restaurants Rooms: 7/10. Rooms small but bed comfy. Shower pressure weak and takes awhile to warm up. Unfortunately our room had a view of an alley used for sanitation and we heard them in the mornings. The real gem of the hotel however - is the staff!!! Every single staff member was so kind and polite and had lovely, personal dispositions. They really cared about our experiences and only wanted to make them even more memorable. They all knew us by name and were very knowledgeable about the restaurants and what to recommend for activities. It was because of them that we had a truly memorable and enjoyable experience there !
