Ostello nuovo, pulito e centrale. Personale gentilissimo, ho fatto accettazione con una ragazza che si chiama Maria. Le ho chiesto se poteva darmi una stanza con balconcino e mi ha accontentata.. disponibilità massima anche per tenere i bagagli oltre l'orario del check out. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Positif : - Très bon emplacement, au cœur du centre et à quelques mètres de Las Setas - Propre - J’ai pu m’enregistrer 1h avant le Check-in officiel Négatif : - Il manquait du papier toilettes certains jours - Il manque un rideau occultant pour plus d’intimité et ne pas être gêné par la lumière des autres - Le verrou pour le lit 4 de la chambre 209 est cassé, j’ai galéré à récupérer mon oreiller ma couette et ma serviette, et je n’ai pas pu utiliser le placard pour le reste du séjour - Une seule prise à côté du lit - Il manque de quoi accrocher les manteaux / vestes - L’insonorisation, j’entendais des gens discuter clairement à plus de minuit dans les couloirs - Je voulais changer mes dates de réservation mais je ne pouvais pas le faire seule sans modifier le prix à la nuitée que j’ai eu (30,8€). Du coup j’ai contacté l’auberge pendant la période d’annulation gratuite et ils m’ont redirigé vers le service client de booking, qui eux se redirige vers l’auberge. J’ai gardé la réservation car je sais que dans l’hôtellerie on peut se faire rembourser après la date d’annulation gratuite si la demande initiale a été fait pendant. J’arrive donc à l’auberge et je demande à me faire rembourser la dernière nuit, la réception me demande d’écrire un mail et là comme par hasard j’obtiens une réponse quelques heures après pour me refuser ma demande, que les changements sont à faire 48h avant. Mais pourquoi donc on m’a pas répondu si vite correctement à temps ?

Hostel molto carino. Posizione centrale . Avevamo chiesto una doppia con letto matrimoniale ma ci è stata data con letti a castello. Letti comodissimi e larghi. Pulizia ottima. Personale reception sempre gentile e disponibile. Voto 10 alle ragazze per la loro professionalità. Con 5 euro hai la colazione.....con le cose base ma più che soddisfacente. Consigliato per coppie o famiglie. Se torniamo a Siviglia ci torneremo.

Hostello carino, in centro, ho preso una stanza privata per 2, avevo chiesto letto matrimoniale ma mi hanno dato 2 letti a castello. Colazione buona al costo di 5 euro. Pulito, molto spartano (è un ostrllo), prezzo non proprio economicissimo.

I visited Room00 Salvador with my two young children in March. We booked via ********** and stayed in the deluxe room. The hotel is on a pedestrianised street 2 minutes walk from Metropol Parasol (Setas de Sevilla). A taxi from the airport costs approximately €30. We arrived earlier than the check-in time of 3PM. You can either check in yourself online using the iPads or check in at the 24 hour reception desk. We had a short wait until our room was ready and hung out in the communal area - light, airy, plenty of seating and charging ports along with the vending machine and tea/coffee making facilities. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room (206) on the second floor did not disappoint. There were 4 bunks and a spacious double, perfect for larger families. The room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely French balcony overlooking the neighbourhood. WiFi in the room was fast. The shower had great water pressure too. Heating/air con is pre-set by reception, there is a contact number provided should you wish to alter the settings. The rooftop terrace is a lovely addition, especially in the warmer months! Room00 was a great location to see everything we planned to visit. There was an abundance of fantastic eateries in the local area. The furthest “attraction” we went to was Plaza de España which took around 25-30 mins to walk to. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, we had a fantastic stay. With a well planned itinerary 3 days was enough time to explore Seville. We used Get Your Guide for the majority of our excursions.

Beautiful lobby space and good service but rooms are bit over-crowded with too many beds. The person at the reception was helpful. They also have a locker room where you can keep the luggage before check-in for free. Though little far from the historical center of Sevilla but it worth staying.

Me alojé hace un par de meses, una chica muy amable en recepción me dio el teléfono directo para reservar nuevamente si lo necesitaba. Llamo y no me lo cogen. Llamo al teléfono que aparece en internet y me lo coge un chico que me confirma que estoy hablando con la recepción de hostel de Sevilla Salvador y por el habla intuyo que no es español y me dice que haga la reserva por booking directamente, vamos que no me quiere hacer la reserva por teléfono…. Le pregunto su nombre y me dice que no me puede dar su nombre. Es un chico joven y por el habla no es español. Pero que llame directamente al Hostel y me derive a booking deja mucho que desear. Ya que me está derivando a un intermediario que por supuesto se lleva su comisión. Así que como consejo, miren si realmente las personas de recepción desean trabajar allí porque el chico que me atendió disposición tenía bien poca. Por si sirve de referencia para localizarlo, he llamado hoy sábado 9 de diciembre a las 19:20 de la tarde. Saludos

CAMERE SENZA FINESTRA !!! Al momento della prenotazione non è indicato che la camera, da ben 4 posti, non ha nessuna finestra e nessuna ventola. NO CAMERA CON VISTA SUL CORTILE, che è interno, una semplice porta si apre nella zona della colazione, quindi la porta non può essere lasciata aperta ! Verificare la tipologia di camera!!! Abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare camera ma nessuna disponibilità......e naturalmente nessuna possibilità di riavere i soldi!

Sitio céntrico, calidad precio bien. El servicio de recepción deja mucho que desear, necesita implicación y ganas de ayudar. Tuvimos dos incidencias, que nos toco un chico , disculpen no recuerdo el nombre, italiano en el turno de tarde, no nos funcionaba el suministrador del jabón del baño, subió con un alambre , lo desatascó y dijo : ves, ya funciona, a los cinco minutos dejo de funcionar y finalmente compramos un bote de gel en la calle, ni nos volvió a preguntar ni hizo seguimiento de la incidencia. El domingo por la tarde intente sacar las tarjetas de embarque de mi vuelo con el móvil pero me daba error, le solicite a la misma persona ayuda y su respuesta fue que buscara una biblioteca, ni se ofreció a sacarlas el con su ordenador, dejarme usar su ordenador...finalmente me fui a la calle, entre en un hotel de cuatro estrellas próximo a mi hostel y del que evidentemente no era cliente, me ofrecieron su ordenador, me las imprimieron y sin ningún coste y en todo momento con una sonrisa en la cara. El personal de recepción esta entre otras muchas cosas para ayudar y solventar problemas, da igual que sea un hostel o un hotel de cuatro estrellas.
