Great little hotel in the centre of town . Easy access to all parts of the city . Room really comfortable with clean fresh towels every day . A little noisy from the street people walking up and down and building work going on but that didn’t bother us . Definitely recommend

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here, a hotel with all the features and character of old town Seville. The room was spacious, large comfy bed and fully fitted bathroom, spotlessly clean and lovely friendly staff especially Rocio. We would certainly recommend.

Prenotato con booking ha soddisfatto in pieno le aspettative accogliente, pulito e profumatissimo. Stanze adeguate con bagno privato wifi frigo e tv inoltre macchjnetta per il caffe espresso molto gradita. Consigliatissimo anche per la posizione centrale😉🤩

Wonderful hotel both for the area and for the environments and services, we wondered all the time how it manages to have only one star. Room and toilet always clean and tidy, everything you need in the bathroom (not just cotton buds and make-up remover pads, but bubble bath, toothbrush and toothpaste). In the room there is a wardrobe, desk, safe and coffee machine, with a change of tea, two types of coffee and biscuits every day. There is a wonderful terrace on which you can smoke, with tables, chairs and even sun loungers. The staff was perfect both at check-in and during our stay, despite our difficulties with the language. The only flaw is the problems with the toilets/sewerage.

The hotel is very close to Plaza de Armas. But the first time it's a little difficult to find. Very well decorated. It feels like we are in an Arab country. It smells really good. The staff is friendly. The room is relatively small. But they have almost everything you need. Fridge. Coffee machine. Q wasn't working. TV. The bed is good. There was no noise. I had to go on foot to the Cathedral and the Arrows. Many bars. Coffees. A Mercadona nearby. Air conditioning. Toothbrush. Comb. Cotton. Good towels. I liked.

A complete SHAME of a hotel run by HARPIES and SCAMMERS. Be very careful with them. After booking through Booking (and within the deadline to cancel the reservation at no cost) we called to confirm if the hotel was wheelchair accessible and they told us that yes, the room could be accessed from the street without problems (we have a screenshot of the two-minute conversation with the hotel) but when we got to the door we saw that there are FOUR STEPS completely insurmountable for a wheelchair. The receptionist suggested that we cancel through Booking that they would accept the cancellation without charge, but then the hotel director (a MISERABLE) did not take into account what his employee had told us and they did not accept the cancellation. Come on, a robbery of 82 euros, in your face and in broad daylight. STANDING and RUTELESS people who ruin your vacation.

Very well located hotel! A few meters from the shopping streets and 10 minutes walk from the historic center! Excellent value ! We had a room on the first floor, very spacious! The bedding is also very good and the rooms are super clean! No complaints !
