Awesome place to stay, amazing history and beautifully maintained hotel. The best I've seen. Staff are super friendly and helpful, even though I can't really speak any Spanish. Highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

Exceptional location and a superb balcony in 301, but the arrival experience missed the mark. At 14:45 on 6 July 2025 we asked if our two Grand Deluxe rooms were ready. Without checking housekeeping or the system, the receptionist told us to wait until 15:00, and the tone felt dismissive. I checked the floor and saw no servicing in progress; still, we waited until exactly 15:00 when the receptionist escorted us up. Valet info was also unclear: parking was prepaid but I was asked to pay again, and I wasn’t told the garage opens at 09:00 despite an early flight. Morning staff fixed it. Posting reluctantly after writing to the General Manager and waiting more than two weeks with no acknowledgment. Lovely hotel; please tighten up arrival service and pre‑arrival guidance for drivers.

Quelle déception !!! L'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles....c'est juste un roof top ...the place to be...effectivement une vue imprenable sur la giralda avec une petite piscine très agréable avec les fortes chaleur ! Le petit déjeuner ne se fait pas en extérieur ! La chambre que nous avions réservée avec terrasse n'avait pas de parasol donc impossible d'y accéder ! Nous l'avons réclamé plusieurs fois en vain!!! Le volet roulant de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas rt pas de porte entre la chambre et la salle de bain!!! On nous a mis un panneau extérieur fixe du coup pas de lumière ds la sdb!!! La propreté laissant aussi à désirer !! Nous nous sommes sentis peu considérés...à 300€ la nuit avec petit déjeuner c'est vraiment une honte...personnel peu aimable .

Emma and Mario did a great job when we stayed in the hotel. The pool was well maintained and when we entered the room it looked brand new! Service overall was amazing!!!!!!!
