location was perfect as all attractions and nice restaurants are within walking distance. Great services from hotel staffs. I had a room with a great view to Plaza Nueva.

The location is really good. All of Seville is close by, right in front of Plaza Nueva. The interior facilities are really antique and nice. It's wide. I thought it was a suite

Gorgeous hotel, very elegant with a beautiful roof top bar, staff are very helpful. Room is very comfortable, pillows lovely. Location is brilliant as close to main square where you can get a tram to all locations, concierge very helpful with information

L'Hotel gode di una posizione invidiabile, situato nel centro di Siviglia poco lontano dalle maggiori attrazioni turistiche della città, visitabile facilmente a piedi mentre i mezzi pubblici sono un po' meno comodi (c'è solo una linea di tram, metropolitana che non passa per il centro, mentre i bus ci paiono essere più frequenti ... ma non li abbiamo utilizzati). L'hotel è moderno ed offre camere confortevoli e pulite; manca un armadio capiente ma per un soggiorno di qualche giorno questo non è un problema grave. Reception molto cortese e professionale e alla concergerie abbiamo avuto la fortuna di incontrare un'italiana di nome Veronica che lavora per City Expert della città di Siviglia. Si è dimostrata una persona cordiale e gentilissima e alla ns. partenza ci ha dato una mano per affrontare il problema del mancato arrivo del transfer per l'aeroporto, risolto grazie ad un taxi chiamato dall'albergo. Al piano terra dell'albergo c'è un ristorante (Seis I tapas Sevilla) che sconsigliamo: va bene cenare tardi, ma sedersi alle 20:30 ed iniziare a mangiare (senza infamia e senza lode) dopo le 22 è sembrato troppo a me ed a mia moglie. Albergo molto consigliato, il ristorante no.

A comfortable hotel. Good location. The large rooftop bar has great views of the city and the service is good. There is a reasonable breakfast choice although they could provide more in the way of fresh fruit and they need to get the coffee machines working properly. As at most hotels the laundry service is expensive but it was carried out quickly and well.

If you are looking for an accessible city centre hotel, just round the corner from the Cathedral and the Alcazar, with a taxi rank outside the door and a tram station - then this is perfect. This is a classic Spanish hotel with a few modern touches.Clean and well stocked rooms with all the luxuries you might need and really lovely staff who could not do enough to help. I was travelling with my partner, who is a brain injury survivor and uses a wheelchair some of the time. This hotel has a ramp into the foyer and is located in a plaza - making easy level access when walking out into the city. Two modern lifts and a lovely breakfast room, lounge, restaurant and rooftop bar. The hotel advised us about good trips and booked them for us in advance. We booked a suite which was spacious - with a walk in shower and a bath. Would definitely recommend for a disabled guest.The kind, helpful staff made us feel very welcome and looked after. A fabulous 4 night stay.
