Helpful and friendly front desk staff, great breakfasts with a nice outdoor fountain courtyard, nice plunge, decent size rooms, pool and rooftop to cool off durning the heat. Not far to walk to main areas for shops and restaurants but a bit far to walk to Triana and other key sights like the Alhambra and Plaza Espana. Take a taxi.

Absolutely amazing hotel. So surprised it is 3 star - it’s definitely 4 star quality. The staff are all SO helpful, friendly and smiley and have booked us taxis on several occasions. The location here is amazing, all within a 20 minute walk of the main tourist attractions. Only 10 mins into the main shopping area too. Ubers are really cheap nearby so in the real heat of the day we’ve just used them. Breakfast buffet was really lovely and we sat outside in their courtyard each morning. Lovely rooms which were cleaned daily and comfy bed. 10/10 would recommend!

What a gorgeous hotel - and in a perfect spot too! Welcomed at reception with a lovely glass of cold Cava and receptionist was really nice and helpful - she gave us a map and showed us some highlights of what to see. Room was lovely - clean, decent aircon, and beds were comfy! Slept like a log! Bathroom had a good shower, hairdryer, towels and slippers! Plus plenty of towels! We were room only so didn’t eat in but the restaurant looked good! Roof terrace - small with limited sunbeds - But - we managed to get two every day for a couple of hours (it was so so hot so didn’t stay up there for too long!) pool is small but cleaned each day and was lovely - the perfect way to cool off in the heat! All the staff were friendly and welcoming! Waiter service up at pool as well which was a bonus so we got some drinks delivered up there! Only a 10-15 min walk to the main area where Cathedral etc is and 2 mins from a square with restaurants and bars! Perfect for those late nights! We really enjoyed our mum/daughter stay and would recommend this hotel! It’s cosy and well kept! And despite being on quite a busy (yet small!) road, we didn’t hear any traffic at all from our room!

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and I thought it was excellent value. Location - at the north end of the old city, however I loved this because it meant we could walk out into locals areas such as Fieri to go to less touristy tapas bars. Easy walking distance to La Sede, however in the boiling heat may be a bit far to get down to the Alcazar and cathedral area. Room - not the biggest and with no outside space, but everything beautifully done and bed very comfortable. Service - all the staff were amazing and chatty and I could not fault them. Facilities - we spent every morning at the rooftop pool and I was able to secure the lounger in the foreground every morning. The pool does get busy in the PM so be aware of this, as it's not a very big area.

Many of the rooms are very small. When we got into our original room you opened the door and there was the bed. Bed also small and too tight for two adults. But Irene, at the front desk fixed everything! We were shown a lovely corner room that made our stay much more comfortable. It overlooked a beautiful courtyard. Keep in mind that people gather in the courtyard and their talk will drift up to your room. Not a huge issue but if you go to sleep early, bring ear plugs. Breakfast was very good although I kept forgetting my individual food grabbers! The idea is they are on your table and you take them with you to select food from the buffet. Very ingenious and not the usual way to do things, thus the forgetfulness! I was much better the second morning.
