The hotel is nice and in a good location. There are many restaurants and Carrefour around it, and the prices are reasonable. The front desk service was very good, but the strange thing was that they asked for the CVV security code of my credit card when I checked in. This was the only time I encountered this when staying in a hotel abroad. Everything else is good. There is also a church near the hotel, which you can visit on the way.

The hotel location is great! It takes about ten minutes to walk to and from the bus station, which is not too difficult to walk with luggage. The hotel is within walking distance of famous attractions such as the Royal Palace of Seville, Seville Cathedral, and City Parasols.
We booked the cheapest room type, which was really small, but since we were traveling, a clean room was fine. The water temperature and pressure in the bathroom were also comfortable, and there was a hair dryer.
The hotel counter staff was friendly and spoke good English. We also borrowed a wine bottle opener from the counter.

L'hotel est super bien placé 10/10, proche de tout à moins de 10 min de toutes les animations, restaurants and co, le personnel est sympa et accueillant. On a rajoute 10 euros par nuit à l'arriver pour avoir soit disant une chambre plus simpa, on a eu deux lits simple collés à la place une vrai catastrophe! literie de 2/10 et quand on a voulu rechanger le lendemain on nous a dit que c'etait complet! les chambres sont petites mais pas vraiment genant, salle de bain top et menage super bien fait. Ce qui a tout cassé c'est la literie catastrophique. 160 euros sans petit dej pour une petite chambre meme si pas genant et une literie aussi nul c'est abusé on s'attend à mieux en payant ca! je n'y repasserai pas.

OK, so the good first, location to the city is 100%. 5 minute walk and you are in the hustle and bustle of Seville. If you have a hire car,again a short walk to the car park as well. Some great bars around there as well. The staff are spot on, very helpful. Now, for the not so good, breakfast was, for us poor, Luke warm at the best. The breakfast room could have been cleaner, we noticed some litter under the seating, and after 10 days, it was still there. The room was basic, no drink making facilities, wash basin in the room rather than in the bathroom. The hotel is in need of an refurb.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Check in was great. Beds were really clean. Location was excellent! We walked from the bus station ... about 5 minutes. We had breakfast each morning and enjoyed the varied selection. Staff were pleasant and service was top notch! The rooms are small but this is common in Europe. We spent most of our time wandering the many streets of old town and only back to the room to sleep so it really didn't matter to us that the room was small. Would highly recommend this hotel.
