Room 224 was listed as a courtyard view but the small window was for plumbing and pipes, not a courtyard. We asked about it but were told that comfort rooms didn’t have courtyard view although listed as such. Thd room wasn’t as represented in photos, the shower head faces sideways to the tub and the glass partition can’t stop the spray from it if you even try to stand under the shower. The good part is that it was quieter than a more luxurious hotel we had in Seville. The staff was very pleasant and courteous.

The room is very small, there is no place to put the suitcases flat, and the table is extremely small! There is no free bottled water, and there is not much space on the table to put a kettle and tea cups. The length of the curtains is very awkward, just level with the spout of the kettle. It feels very unhygienic. You can always touch the bottom of the curtains when you hold a pot... Moreover, the supports in the wardrobe can only be partially removed, and the hooks are bolted to the clothes drying rod. Together, it is inconvenient to get a hanger to dry towels or lock the door. The shower room in the bathroom is small and the toilet paper is of poor quality, but the pillows are very comfortable and the bed is quite big. The geographical location is advantageous, just on the roadside, near the Royal Palace and Plaza de España, and convenient for taxis and transportation.

Great hotel in the center of Seville. Close to main tourist spots, clean, bright and spacious room. A pleasant smelling detergent for washing towels. If you are staying for more than 2-3 nights, I recommend asking for a room overlooking the street, and not the courtyard-well. The room is constantly dark because of this.
