If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.- Initial setups of soap, shampoos, and some toiletries are provided in each bathroom.
