Over The Mountain is a beautiful private cabin nestled on a one acre lot in the trees located 6 miles (14 min) from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and is convenient to all of the area attractions including Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Mt Leconte, hiking the Dome, Cades Cove, restaurants, shopping, outdoor sports and the rest that the Great Smoky Mountains National Park has to offer. You will likely see and hear critters. Keeping the windows and doors closed will help with this.10. Bears are RARE! If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. 11. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.12. Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages13. No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.14. Please make sure everyone in your group is aware this is not a party cabin and our housekeepers take time stamped pics before and after each reservation15.
