GGregIn the shower it looked like he wall above was flaking off. Stayed in room 101. I felt like they were watching everyone close. But over all I’d rate 4 of 5. They only gave 1 bar of tiny soap. And not enough pillows

MMonroeDonnaQuiet and very clean. The breakfast bar was just enough to get you up and started for the day. We decided to stay for an extra night thus giving us more time in Gatlinburg.
All and all it was a comfortable stay.

GGuest UserOverall not a horrible experience. I booked online through a 3rd party, she was able to accommodate my balcony request as must of selected a different room when I purchased. The room itself looked fresh and cleaned. My only suggestion would be a better to clean the carpets and upgrade some for the complimentary breakfast. I would stay again for the price it was worth it!

GGuest UserAm average hotel at a location with a lot of traffic. Pool is cold, so don't expect a good swimming experience. The slide is functional though. Overall a good place to stay.
