I did not get a chance to stay in this hotel but I think it's the worst in customer care.
I booked the hotel online where their policies are not clearly outlined.
My family visas delayed and I requested for them to modify our stay three weeks earlier. They promised to modify once I give them the new dates for our holiday. When we communicated the new dates, they could not answer emails and calls from the agent until the eleventh hour when they said that they can't modify our stay at the hotel which means I lost my payment for the hotel.
I feel lied on, betrayed and robbed my hard earned cash.

rented a room to spend the night between Disneyland and the flight home. checked in at night, really wanted to take a bath, but the shower did not work in the room, only the tap. there was no kettle in the room, so the children were left without morning tea, and we were without coffee. there was no hairdryer either, but it was not needed, because it was not possible to buy one. at 9 a.m. they called the master to repair the shower, he looked and said that he wouldn't have time to do anything before our departure time (11 a.m.). Disneyland is a 25-minute walk from the hotel.

Location is walkable from outlet village and staff is friendly. However, the room state is subpar. The carpet seriously need to change, there black patches and no room slipper (guess is a norm) so we ended up wearing our socks. I assume summer will be hot as there’s no air conditioning but weather is cold so we don’t feel it…bathroom is small and separated. Overall, I wouldn’t return to stay due to condition of the apartment.

A really nice hotel if you are planing to go to Disneyland Paris with your family. The apartamentos are really good and they have a shuttle bus to go the park.
