Regal Apartments

We had some issues here. I will briefly write about two of them. There are no washing machines in the apartment or in a common area. I was initially told that laundry is "free". "We don't charge you for laundry, you just pay a little for detergent to the cleaning lady". Later I found that nothing could be further from the truth. I was told that it was a "miscommunication". There is no set price. You will have to negotiate with the cleaning lady. I suppose the price will be around whatever she is getting from other tenants. Most people would like their unit to be cleaned daily, and that's why most establishments automatically clean your apartment unless you put up a "do not disturb sign". Here, you will have to look for and directly speak with the cleaning lady assigned to your room, to let her know that you would like your room cleaned. She may or may not end up cleaning the apartment. If she doesn't, she will have some excuse as to why it was not done. This establishment did not meet our expectation. Big apartment with everything you need, comfy bed,air con, cooking facilities,the wifi is good. The rooms are cleaned well every day. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and security is good. Had no problems what so ever so can't fault the regal apartments.
