Perfection! We have had the best holiday here at the Rixos Premium in Belek, this is the best hotel we’ve stayed in and we have stayed in many 5 star hotels. The staff work extremely hard, our assistants Dora & Melissa were amazing! They were there every step of the way whatever your needs! They go above and beyond to make your holiday perfect! Amazing ladies! The hotel is spotless, the staff are very professional and polite. The food was some of the best food we’ve eaten! The A la carte restaurants were stunning! The food, the service and the decor 5 star! I’m not a big meat eater mainly chicken, the Steak restaurant I can honestly say was outstanding and I didn’t have any meat! They accommodated me perfectly, my husband and son are big meat eaters and this wasn’t an experience I wanted them to miss out on. Upon ordering the guy noticed I hadn’t ordered a main and asked was I vegetarian, I said kind of! He ordered me a main and said I’d like it! Boy was he right! It was amazing! The hummus here was just stunning! The steaks were huge and we left stuffed without room for dessert ! The Asian was also outstanding! The cocktails were fantastic! The food was the best Asian food we’ve eaten! The Italian & the Greek also fantastic! The Greek dancing and plate smashing was a great experience! The decor and scenery around this hotel is beautiful. Every inch of this hotel is perfection! The Godiva cafe is a must too! Cakes & Ice creams are beautiful! My son loved the milkshakes! The people’s restaurant is a must, we ate here often too! Truffle Risotto the breakfast were beautiful! Service again amazing , lovely staff always smiling and attentive! We had a shared pool villa, this was perfect for us as my son loves the pool and he was confident in the 1.3 depth. The Troy Bar at this pool was amazing, Can and Hayri were fantastic, we had a great time here, the drinks were beautiful especially the bloody Mary’s! Can and Hayri work very hard and nothing is too much! We were brought drinks often, fruit, corn, snacks. These lads work their socks off and are always smiling and chatty! The day we left they asked us to pop by the bar for a drink to say bye. Lovely lovely guys they are a credit to the hotel especially the Troy Bar! We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality! This hotel is super relaxing, no rushing for sun beds anywhere, we often took a walk after our breakfast and there were plenty sun beds even after 10am. Plenty towels. Well stocked fridges and an abundance of food and ice cream across the hotel all day everyday! Starbucks is a limited menu but what they had was what we loved! They tasted just like back home! As with other reviews take plenty sun cream and your own inflatables. They are expensive there, but we knew that before leaving.
