15-20 minutes to KLIA 2 by taxi but there is shuttle service as well every two hours from hotel to KLIA 2 Nothing around this hotel no shopping no cafe shop only one restaurant at downstairs they serving to me lest day chicken curry with some hairs inside bring your own sandwich if you come to this hotel Rooms nothing inside no kettle no mug no tv no fridge just a small bed and really dirty bedsheets I see a few drops of blood at night Shower was broken the water splash everywhere Air condition I think never had cleaning since this hotel opened Just for next day flight can stay here for solo traveler otherwise really do not recommend Picture air conditioning how dirty And another picture restaurant serving chicken curry with rice plus with hairs in it

Stayed in this hotel, to go plane spotting at KLIA the next day. The staff was helpful and proficient in English. I was able to check in the middle of the night around 1AM local time. Most of the things needed for the comfortable stay is provided. The cost of staying here is rather cheap and toilet was spacious, I remember the walkway was not too big and no slippers was provided in the room. I got the breakfast package which also includes a buffet style breakfast and lunch coupon but when I asked the staff about the coupon it seems like it cannot be used on the day due to the wrong date written on the coupon. Even though the hotel is close the airport and many plane flies pass, the room is kind of soundproof as I managed to get a good night sleep. There is a lockable window on the wall facing the corridor, I needed to lock and cover it with a curtain else everyone can see what you are doing. Visited 11 Jul 2025

When I checked in.was charged tourism tax 10MR which was already payed at Trip.com payment. You need to be careful.

It's 1 option for quick transit and good rest before next. All basic amenities are available. I stayed quite often but pls make sure don't miss the 2 hours interval free shuttle service from either place.

This is the 4th time I am staying in this hotel as I only want a nearby place to the airport for my transit flight. This option is cheaper than outside hotels where if you factor in the 2-way transportation cost, the actual outside hotels cost will definitely be higher than the cost to this hotel. Service wise, the hotel is professionally run. The free hotel shuttle pick up point to this hotel is at Tune Hotel KLIA-KLIA2 (near KLIA 2 Airport) - see the time table attached (pick up beyond 10 pm, at 12 am, 2 am - every 2 hours after 10 pm). Journey from pick up point to the hotel normally is less 20 minutes (vice versa). if you are coming from KLIA 1 Airport, then you need to get the airport free shuttle to KLIA 2 first before walking about 50 m to Tune Hotel KLIA-KLIA2 for free hotel shuttle pick up. Simple buffet breakfast is cheap & good (la few dollars - can be bought using Trip.com app during booking).

It's incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep, and the room isn't worth the price! I don't understand how this place was rated a 3-star hotel. It would be better to stay in a 5-star hotel downtown and rent a car for comfort.
