Health: average health Traffic around is average and there's not much to eat. Checking in is very complicated. The landlord needs to send the room number and then the security guard will take him to the mailbox to get the key. I cannot receive clear information through Ctrip booking. I hope Ctrip can clarify the check-in process with the landlord. It is next to the Xiamen University of Malaysia campus, which is very convenient if you are going to school.

We had a wonderful stay here. The architecture is absolutely stunning, with a grand lobby that immediately makes you feel welcome, setting it apart from other hotels. While it’s perfect for airport transit, it’s also a fantastic choice for a staycation. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks and treated to a delightful chocolate buffet. We had a great time relaxing with the movie channels and enjoying an evening swim. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless, which made for a truly restful night. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I need to catch an early morning flight from KLIA. Highly recommended!

There are shops nearby. Parking was a bit scary, with narrow path for turning. Service by host/staff was so-so, requested for another towel since the place accommodates 3 persons but only 2 towels provided, no response from them. Refund of deposit was efficient enough, within 3 working days.

A great place near the airport for transit passengers. By taxi 30 rm. We checked in late at night without any problems, the check-in instructions are very simple and accessible. The apartment is not big, but it has everything. Perfect for two adults and a child. The sofa does not fold out. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Definitely recommend
