Seoul Seongbuk-gu 3-star Hotels

My family and I went for a 2 weeks trip and during that time we stayed 3 times (we're travelling to different cities so we stayed in different hotels for a few days before coming back here again for another stay). We got a free upgrade for our room in our first stay, which left a great impression on us who were tired after a long flight. The amenities are surprisingly a lot and they're really good both in smell and in quality. Even the hair dryer was amazing. We checked out after 2 nights but kept some of our big luggages there since we're gonna come back in a few days. The manager helped to arrange and took care of our luggages, and his english was amazing, making communication really easy. They stated that breakfast is simple since it's free for everyone, but I would say the breakfast is really good and really fulfilling. The second time we got the regular room we're supposed to get in our first stay. We thought we will have outside bathrooms but no, there's still a bathtub, a bidet, great amenities, and even a foldable table. The overall room is still very cozy for the cheap price. We checked out and told the manager again that we're still gonna keep our luggage there till we come back again, and he took care of it once again. On the third stay, my family asked for a favor (that I can't really disclose) to the manager when we checked in for the third time. The manager agreed to help (maybe since we're probably considered ”regulars” at this point) and even offer a bit more than what we asked, and he only asked that we give good reviews for them in google. Honestly, I've been planning to give them good reviews since the first stay, but now I'm convinced that this is such a great hotel with great people😆 I will definitely come back if I ever go back to Korea, and I will definitely recommend the place to others who are planning to stay in the area. The hotel is on a small street, so you have to walk a bit from the main street to get to the hotel. The area around the hotel has a lot of restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and it is quite close to the big streets, bus stops, and even subways. It's a really strategic place. It is probably the best budget hotel I've ever been in, and I will remember it for a long time. To Manager Charlie, the girl staff and the night shift man that I don't think I ever got the name, Thank you so much for your kind service and help. You've made me and my family's stay really memorable and especially enjoyable☺️

It was a bit far from the subway station and the cleanliness was okay, but the iron frame on the ceiling was still rusty, so it was a bit disappointing. I think it's okay for the price.

I saw that the price was a little cheap, but the check-in time was 10 o'clock. It's because cancellation is not allowed. I arrived a little early and asked, so I paid an additional fee and went in. Still, the price is cheap, and the facilities, cleanliness! The kindness, and the room size are the best value for money. ~~ I was worried after reading a Chinese person's post, but they are really ungrateful people. If you arrive early, you can pay an additional fee and negotiate. I couldn't take a picture, but the actual thing is better. ~~

It takes 90 minutes from the airport to the hotel (it is 1 hour if you leave in the early morning). Near the hotel is the ”Integrity Woman's University Station”. It only takes 3 stations to Dongdaemun and has convenient transportation. The hotel room is small and the bathroom is relatively large, but it is not dry and wet. Take a bath or water flow everywhere. The hotel does not have toothpaste and toothbrush, but there are shampoo, body soap, conditioner, professional comb, body lotion, moisturizer. Drinks and water in the refrigerator can be drunk for free. The uncle at the front desk has limited English and nothing to communicate. Health is good, professionally clean up the room every day. I am very satisfied.

The room size is suitable, this hotel is generally good The most important thing is that the cleanliness is okay The location is also good and easy to find So it’s suitable for booking alone or for couples.

The first room was so smelly that I asked to change it. But the service was kind and changed right away. But the next room ... toilet is a bit scary and the facilities are a bit ok.

The hotel is very clean, the aunt and daughter are also very good, and finally helped me set a taxi. The hotel also provides makeup remover cotton and many other things. It is very comfortable to live. Very good value for money!
