Seoul Jung-gu 5-star Hotels

What a great experience from the start! Had the hotel pick me up from the airport bus stop on arrival and they have regular shuttle bus available to the nearest subway station ( or you can choose to walk up/downhill). The hotel room itself was very clean and comfortable and I really appreciate the turn down service they offer. The surroundings of the hotel is very beautiful too. I made use of the gym and sauna for the 4 days I stayed there and could say the gym has one of the best equipments for a hotel standard. The hotel can be quite busy with non-hotel guests but it didn't bother me at all. I will definitely be back to try their buffet at the Parkview another time!

The hotel is very new, everything is clean, the room is average size. The check in process was smooth however before they knew I was a Bonvoy member they hinted that the room wasn’t ready as the official check in time was 4pm (we arrived at 2:30pm) Then they said that I could get the room now because I was a Bonvoy member. It make it sound like the reception wouldn’t help the client unless they were members of their group

We stayed in a room with a Namsan view. The room layout is modern and clean, and the space is just right. The bed and pillows are comfortable—I had a good night's sleep during my stay. However, what I felt was lacking for a 5-star hotel was the staff’s attitude toward serving guests. In particular, the reception staff were not responsive or helpful. The nearest train station is Dongguk University. On the way there, there's a slope leading down to the station. Coming back, this slope can be tiring to climb. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families traveling with elderly parents, as the uphill walk may be inconvenient.

Hotel was great in many sense - location just next to City Hall station - enthusiastic, helpful bellboys who would take the initiative to help - very clean rooms, large bathroom - view of the City Hall from my room was great - my room didn't have enough space to open luggage bags on the floor unless you move away the heavy chairs There was just one thing I couldn't understand. I arrived at the hotel at about 2.50pm. They told me that check in time is 3pm. So I thought maybe we can do the registration first, but get the keys at 3pm, which is what other hotels do when I've arrived earlier than the check in time. But I was told that they can only start processing the registration at 3pm. As we checked out on NYE, the hotel was fully booked, so they were not able to allow us late check out even by an hour. But this, I can understand.

Outstanding service and very international! View was lovely and everything is right next to Myeongdong Market, which is a very central location for people visiting Seoul for the first time. And thank you to Pingko for the lovely birthday message and gift!

great gym! very wide and airy, loved the stretching room. breakfast buffet was sumptious! so was the dinner buffet. the restaurant staff are the best. i hd noisy neighbors though but thanfully they settled down around midnight. stayed for 3nights, will book here again when i return

The room is clear with better look than online pictures. Staff are polite and willing to help. I have used the golf range, but since this is my first time, I did not have any golf clubs, the staff there was really helpful and taught me how to play.  We walked to the hotel from Namsan Park after trying to see the cherry blossoms, even it takes 10 minutes and need to go up to the mountain. We still think it was a really good experience. Recommend to staying when go to Seoul.

One of the worst hotel I ever stay ! Staffs extremely impolite and screaming at customers ! I shall never come to this hotel again ... maybe is their corporate culture .... the staff at the front entrance is extremely bad temper ! I cannot imagine will be treated like this at a hotel at this price in Seoul ..... Anyway never again this hotel !! Never !

We had booked two rooms on the same floor, but the toilet got clogged, so we had to change rooms, which was a bit inconvenient as we were on different floors. The first premium twin room was easier to use, including traffic flow, than the corner suite we were replaced with, and I wish the toilet hadn't been clogged. That's the only complaint I have. But everyone in the family was satisfied, so overall it was a very good trip. I would like to use it again.
