Overall, I had a pleasant stay here with my senior parents. We loved the amenities of the bathroom. The toilet came with japanese functions and it was useful for my parents. The location was near the guro digital complex station. It is not in the center of the touristy spots but being on the green line is convenient enough to bring you to most places. We loved the surrounding areas which had a wide selection of food places and they were generally affordable and of great quality. A few misses for us were the lack of ceramic mugs to hold hot water. Instead, they had given us paper cups on the first night but you would have to request if you like them to be replenished. The description of the room amenities and layout in trip.com were not accurate with the room that we were assigned to. Our room was supposed to come with a sofa but it did not come with it. They also requested for a credit card to be put on hold in case of damages. For this requirement, it is not stated upon booking with trip.com that this was needed. The staff noted our feedback but there wasn't much they could do about it. This would be a good place to stay if you do not mind traveling a little further to touristy spots.
Pros:
- Nice classical touch to the interiors, especially for the price
- Room feels clean
- Big room and bathroom
- Bathtub!
- BIG balcony! Great for chilling
- Big TV with many channels to watch
- Great location: Sadang MRT, restaurants, convenience stores just outside hotel
- Really friendly and professional staff, speak English well
- Free coffee at lobby!
- Washing machine, dryers, ironing board at basement
Cons:
- Cannot control room lights from bedside
- Toilet bidet doesnt work
- Pretty small fridge - enough space for only 4-5 bottles
- The floor space in the room was less than I had imagined - my luggage was big so when I opened them to arrange my things, it was fully blocking the way.
- Though the bed is big enough to fit two people, there is definitely not enough floor room for two people to stay.
- The check-in staff was very friendly and allowed me to early check-in instead of waiting.
- The price is affordable compared to other hotels, but the location seems so far away from everything - though there are bus stops and subways nearby but the travel can be long and tiring (depends on your destination), so consider this point carefully.
- It's quiet at night so there is no disturbance when sleeping.
- The airport bus stops right infront of the hotel so I didn't have to worry about my heavy luggage.
- For the way back, you can take the nearest bus to Seoul Station to check-in (depends on which airline is available) your luggage.
- Overall, it was a good experience but I would reconsider coming back only because of the location.

The location is very good
The party room version is a duplex.
There is a table and chairs downstairs, so it's great for eating and playing.
However, when you sleep, you can hear a lot of noise because the upper floor and the ceiling are close (please note)
And here's the disappointment.
I didn't receive a check-in text message on the same day, so I called 10 times at the entrance but no one answered.
When I received it, I was told that I had made a reservation for today but did not receive a text message.
“Oh, that’s right. I’ll send you a text message now.”
He said it lol
I made you wait... I feel bad because you didn't say a word of apology...;;
Since it is listed on several lodging apps, it seems like it wasn't checked properly... I hope this can be improved.
The location is so good, it is a good place to go down the next day to meet and sleep when you have a schedule in Seoul. I highly recommend it to those who have promised such as Yeouido or Yeongdeungpo Sinrim ^^
Mixed experience from this place.
We had 2 rooms booked and one included a small shower room which I did not use because it was gross, there was lots of mould and it smelt like a public bathroom, so I kept the door shut. The rooms themselves were fine and clean and great that they come with a fridge and plenty of shelves etc to put your things as there isn’t too much floor space. The bathroom was ok and kept clean and there were always clean towels available if needed. There is also a washing machine that can be used for a fair charge.
The kitchen was well equipped with a stove top, microwave, hot and cold water and a large fridge and freezer. Unfortunately it was a bit dirty and needed a proper sort out, the fridge was rammed full of things and I’m sure the stuff at the back had been there for months!
The desk is only manned a few hours a day and even then you have to search as the staff will be busy doing things. The encounters we had were mostly great, one staff member let us check in early which was much needed after travelling all night! Another helped us find information for a doctor after one of us had some pretty nasty bites (received while staying in one of the rooms 😬). He really couldn’t do enough to help us and sent the address for us to find etc. We did have an issue in the evening once as there was a flood in the corridor right outside my room, as there was nobody about we sent a message which was answered immediately but with ‘we will sort it first thing in the morning’. This has obviously happened before as he didn’t seem worried and the floor in my room was all warped from getting wet. It was dangerous to leave as I didn’t want anyone to slip so we ended up cleaning it up as there was no staff about!
Overall it was a good place to stay for the price and the bus stop is just a couple of minutes away. Just needs a good deep clean and more staff presence!
Accommodation at check-in is Contact the accommodation, not waiting for a long time, about 2 hours, get off the plane, negative weather -12 degrees, arrive at the accommodation, still have problems, cannot contact the accommodation again. The number provided cannot be contacted. Almost changed on the accommodation
Metro and bus stops are within walking distance. There are many cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. The staff brought the suitcases.
Of the minuses, only very good audibility in the corridor, slamming doors and people talking were always heard.
