Seoul Seongdong-gu Hotels

The room size is okay, but the price in Korea cannot be compared with the same price in China. There are two people cleaning the room together, roughly around nine or ten o'clock, but if you need to clean it, you have to tell them because there is no cleaning sign in the room. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, and the space is not large. The hotel provides slippers, shower gel, shampoo, bath towels, etc., but you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, which is similar to domestic hotels. The room has a dedicated fixed data line, which is more convenient. The hotel lobby is small and the service is pretty good. Due to a temporary change in the itinerary, I checked out early. After directly contacting Ctrip customer service, I went to the hotel. The front desk had not received the platform information, but I still quickly completed the check-out procedure. There are convenience stores 711 and CU nearby, which is more convenient.

Room size is decent for 2 pax, however there's limited space for luggage (not much walking space left after opening 2 large luggages). No bidet in toilet, the rest are all quite basic. Location is convenient, right outside subway exit.

The hotel is on Line 2 and goes to Exit 1 of Shili Subway Station. The room has floor heating. When I booked the room, the picture showed a bathtub🛁, but the front desk informed me that the bathtub🛁 would be charged ₩10,000 for the room, which felt a bit unfair.

The location of this hotel is pretty good, with a subway station (Line 5) just a 10-minute walk away. You can take bus (6013) directly from the airport, get off and walk for 7-10 minutes. The lobby downstairs is very small and basically does not stay on the first floor. The room is large, with wet and dry separation and a large bathtub. There are convenience stores nearby (GS25 is a 3-minute walk, and 7-11 is a 5-minute walk), as well as restaurants and barbecue shops. Unfortunately, some stores do not speak English, so it is a bit difficult to communicate.

下水道流水好慢…洗澡有點子難受

This is one of those hourly motel but everything was also very apt and clean for vacationers. In fact they also provide grooming items and facial cleansers etc which was very convenient for me. Small but cozy, also comes with air purifier in the room so no smell of smoke. Within minutes from a convenient store but no food after hours.

Not bad, but not good

The room was generally clean, and the amenities and facilities were sufficient! The hotel staff only spoke Korean, but they were very kind. There was a microwave and chopsticks in the common area near the entrance! I would especially recommend this place for solo travelers.
