Seoul Dobong-gu Hotels

I made a sudden reservation the day before while traveling to Seoul with my middle school son. The view of Banghak-dong village is spread out from the ceiling to the floor through the large windows, and beyond that is Bukhansan Mountain. I don't think there are many hotels with this view at this price. The hotel is well managed, and it is a hotel that participates in protecting the environment, so there are no disposable items. Instead, shampoo, conditioner, body cleanser, towels, and hair dryers are provided. You have to prepare the rest of your personal items. They provide a variety of items, from wine to rice, through room service. I had a room on the 11th floor with a view of Bukhansan Mountain. Parking is valet parking, so you can use the parking tower. And Banghak Station is right behind it, so you can travel by subway. The inconvenient part is that check-in is from 9 p.m. to midnight the next day. The hotel itself is nice, but there is nothing much to see around, and it is a quiet neighborhood. But it was still good. There was a delicious soy sauce marinated crab restaurant nearby. It's a Korean restaurant, and it's a 3-4 minute walk away.

I stayed at the hotel after Mt. Bongsan two years ago, so the facilities were clean and I found it again. I went to the mountain without a sigh of sleep because I heard the noise upstairs. It was so hard.

It was cheap and nicer than I thought

The front desk was kind. I thought the location was a bit far. But transportation is convenient. Is it normal for a Korean hotel to have two bottles of water and two juices in the refrigerator?

I chose GLOCALOCA for the last night of the trip. Because the hotel is in a first-class location. It is directly connected to the subway (City Hall Station Exit 3 and 6) and the airport bus. We arrived at Gwanghwamun and Cheonggyecheon Stream in 5-10 minutes. The room is larger than average. The cleanliness is good . Comes with basic facilities. The front desk on the 20th floor does not always have a waiter. I happened to meet a local person who helped contact the staff to check in. Share kitchen provides tea, coffee and instant noodles. The hotel is like a hotel. The uncle at the front desk speaks good English and is enthusiastic. He wears many hats. Some are the front desk, some are cleaning the rooms, and some are doing maintenance... We originally asked for a brown massage chair in the room. But the hotel said that the chair is no longer available. The picture is out of date. Now there is only one in the share office that can be shared. But the room given to us has a massage bed... which is another special experience.
